Having to use valet

New hotel, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms with good amenities. It has a small but well equipped gym and a small pool outside. The breakfast area is a sort of a lounge and breakfast is ok, American style. I would have though preferred something more healthy such as plain yogurts, larger selection of fresh fruit, boiled eggs, sugar-free cereals, etc.

Our rooms were new and very clean. The entire staff was great! There was a nice pool area and the location of the hotel was very convenient. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. Excellent breakfast and delicious coffee. The staff was approachable, friendly and very helpful. They all were very customer service oriented and made our experience easy. The valet guys were gentlemen by opening the car door for me. They were worthy of every tip. Yes we double tipped ( electronically and cash in hand). It was a wonderful weekend. So happy we selected your location and city to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. Keep up the good work. See you all on our next trip.

Property was new and in a good location, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

I didn’t like the staff they all had poor attitudes, and someone literally kept knocking at our door one hour prior to checking out.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and was able to park the car and walk everywhere. The beach is a 15 min walk, and Atlantic avenue is 5 mins away. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and comfortable. Really enjoyed using the gym and pool whilst staying. Breakfast was varied and very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting the Delray area.

Daily breakfast provided was much appreciated and the coffee was very good. The seating areas were clean and relaxing. Any requests made at the front desk were take care of pleasantly and in a timely manner.

Wasn’t clear on the housekeeping schedules but were always helpful with extra towels,etc it needed. The trash/recycle bins could be larger since kitchenette was available in suite.

No mention about the $30/ day valet.. I was given and thankful for a late check out. But it didn’t seem to matter as they pounded on my door at the regular check out time anyway - despite it being NEW YEARS DAY & A “sleep Away” on door. Don’t bother asking for a late check out. They don’t honor it. I saw the nice receptionist - add it to my account. SO THEY KNEW. NOPE DIDNT GIVE A DAMN. Also, ended breakfast at 10:00am on NEW YEARS DAY. Some of us did go out late - the night before! So missed the breakfast..

The breakfast could have more choices. Other than that, good.

They kept forgetting to refill the soap in our shower.
