The staff at Arnold’s are amazing. Staying there felt like staying with family. I loved the complementary (simple) breakfast, the hammock in the room and the smiles of the staff

The shower did not provide hot water. But it wasn’t really cold either so it didn’t bother me

Friendly, helpful staff helped me arrange a tour to ATM and the shuttle to Flores; LARGE, clean, well-kept room; close to lots of shops and restaurants; wi-fi worked well in my room as did the air-conditioner; comfortable beds; large shower

We were so pleasantly surprised by this guest house! Nothing fancy, but b ig bright rooms, very comfy bed, fridge and hammock in the room and great showers. There was also free drinking water and a free coffee + a toast and jam station in the mornings, which was priceless as Belize felt a bit expensive coming from Guatemala. We extended our stay and really enjoyed spending slow mornings and chill time here.

The staff were amazing- super helpful and gave us lots of reccomendations including a lovely local river we could swim in- they were more than happy to go out of their way to help us for example we wanted to get some water late so they came out and let us through to get it.

For the price it was more than we expected, don’t really have a bad word to say

Such a great place to stay. Rooms were spacious, AC was fantastic. There was ample fruit and toast for breakfast. The women who work there are so lovely and great to have a chat with.

Lovely people - very welcoming. Very good-sized room and bathroom. Includes good a/c and hammock, easy access to balcony. very quiet (internal masonry walls). Buffet-style light breakfast is included.

Tricky to find, even for cab-driver. Is located on Victoria Street, not Mossiah Street and is close to the central downtown roundabout. Very convenient for those travelling by bus.

although it’s an older property, it is exceptionally clean and my room was huge as was the bathroom the ladies running the property are super helpful and fun breakfast was included and very good free water

Everything was on time.

A great place to stay in San Ignacio, 5 minutes walk to the bus station and very close to local restaurants. The guesthouse was very clean and the room was huge. Annie who runs the guesthouse was very welcoming and super friendly. The roof terrace was also great to watch the sunset with a cold beer.

Excellent guest house with friendly and joyful staff, spacious rooms equipped with a fridge and a good AC. Located very centrally in San Ignacio with nice views from the rooftop. Free water provided. Good value!

Fantastic find, such a good deal for what you get for the price. perfect location, close to everything. Staff are super friendly & accommodating. cheap beers, and a rooftop overlooking the city for sunset. Beds were comfortable & clean, the rooms have a private bathroom. A stay includes breakfast of coffee/tea/toast & bananas in the mornings. definitely recommend. Mini fridge in the room as well.

only thing I would say that’s negative is lack of soundproofing, but this is typical for the area.

The staff and people in general in Belize are really friendly. The surrounding nature is stunning, I wish I had more time to stay.

The place has literally just opened its doors for business so it will take a while till they get all the things in place... the only suggestion would be to put a bigger bed in room 2. It's really not big enough for 2 people. Also a few more chairs, shelves and places to hang clothes...

Beautiful refurbished palatial mansion only a few minutes walk from SAN IGNACIO bus terminal, stores and restaurants, I enjoyed my 2 night stay @ Arnolds WiFi good 2nd floor, AC excellent with remote, Mega rooftop terraces with 360° view of surrounding town is cool for relaxing coffee, yoga, hammocks etc New bed was very comfy, Bathroom was classically tiled with loads of hot water and plenty towels including mini essential toiletries for showers Hotel is safe and quiet, Resident family managers Tao+Annie were very accommodating along with Celeny the receptionist they were all happy & helpful Cold filtered water fountain is a nice touch, Breakfast was ok, Coffee was really good! 17 March 2023
