“Sea Dream” is a luxurious beach front home located in WaterColor! FULL REMODEL in 2023! This home features three floors that each boasts stunning views of the Emerald Gulf Coast. “Sea Dream” is a 4 bedroom and 4 ½ bathroom home that can accommodate 10 guests during your beach vacation!

The first floor of the home offers a king guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a titled walk-in shower. Next you will find the queen guest bedroom with a lofted full size bed above that has a private bathroom with a titled walk-in shower. The final bedroom on the first floor features a secondary master bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom which features a separate tub and shower. Also located on the first floor for your convenience is the laundry room.

The second floor of the home is where the heart is, and where you will find gorgeous views of the beach while relaxing with your friends and family. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a Viking range and a Sub Zero beverage cooler. The marble countertops provide plenty of space for meal time with bar stool seating for 6 guests. The dining space has a lovely table that can accommodate 8 guests. The open concept feel flows throughout the second floor which allows for the natural light to fill the space and gulf views to be seen from the living room into the dinning room.

The third floor is where the master bedroom is located. The master suite features a king sized mattress perfectly positioned to see the sunrise and sunset while relaxing. The ensuite bathroom offers dual vanity sinks, a stunning walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The master suite also has a private balcony overlooking the white sandy beaches!

ADDITIONAL

- Parking for 2 Vehicles .
- Bonfires are NOT allowed on the private beach in front of the home, but can be booked at the public beach next to the home.
- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company, and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. This home does not provide extension cords for charging. You would be required to provide an extra long extension cord in order to plug the golf cart into the home.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
