Nice neighbourhood and easy to find. All beds were comfortable and plenty of space to sit in the two living rooms. Big back yard. Location was good if you need to stay in the area.

Floors were dirty when we arrived. They were cleaned on day 2 of our stay. Hot water was fine but heating only worked the first night. All bedrooms and living areas stopped working after that. I emailed/messaged and took photos of boiler many times but it took so long for anyone to get back to me that we could not solve the problem. They finally replied after we had checked out. Communication was a major letdown. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people over 4 nights. Coffee pod machine but no pods.

The only thing we liked was the location

The beds / sofas were uncomfortable.There was not enough bathroom facilities and it was unclean.There was not enough crockery for 10 people.Tbe banister had dirty hand prints/marks on it.The sitting room door handle was broken and put on the window sill.There was cigarette butts outside by the backdoor.
