Clean and easy check in. Well situated in Bormio. Okay beds. Nice shower. Helpful staff.

Why isn’t the booking through booking.Com enough for some hotels? Here i had to take photo of the whole family’s passport and send them by message the day before. Bad solution.

At Reception area an objectionable cigarette odor. Room had two very small Windows and dark.

Receptionist was smoking at the front desk. The bed was unstable. Breakfast was very poor

Staff was nice, didnt have any issue parking (motorbike), breakfast was better than I expected, for all the good stuff, there is a friendly gentleman serving it (bread, cakes, mini croissants, ham/cheese, coffee, etc). On the other side there is a table with some additional stuff to eat (cooked eggs, crackers, cornflakes, etc). Would say the only thing to improve here is to cook the eggs the same morning, or to prevent waste, cook them only on request of the guest.

There is nothing really bad about his place, some minor things: (bath)rooms are not the biggest, but we had a nice little balcony, pillows were way too thin, but this is a personal preference (didnt check the closet for extra pillows as well), wifi speed was terrible, connection to the wifi was great but the speed was unusable (and there were not even that many guests).
