Great spot. Quiet with a beautiful view. Walking distance to shopping and bagels.

Cheap price to rent house boat. Houseboat was clean but dated. Washroom on the boat always smelled like sewage. Outside around the house boat had the same smell. Air conditioning units were old and loud. Hard to sleep with them on so we had to turn the one in the bedroom off, then back in when we left for the day so it wouldn’t be hot. Never hung out there. We stayed away until it was time to sleep. Had to leave a day early because of the condition's. Complaining wouldn’t have done anything because the Marina was old and facilities were dated. Marina atmosphere showed the owner only fixed what needed to be fixed. Staff were not friendly. They spoke to you but were always trying to walk away to avoid talking to you.

Let me begin with "we would stay here again". I felt the staff was not very professional. When we first arrived the man was smoking at the checkin desk, and the lady was wearing a thong bikini while she is checking guest in. She was also fixing her hair and putting make on. Probably not the best place to do that. We got the key to our house boat, and upon entering got a strong odor that someone had been smoking in there. There were 4 new boats & 3 old ones. Make sure when you book you get one of the newer boats. We returned to the front desk to let them know. The lady at the front desk checked with the cleaning staff, and the boat had not been cleaned. They did make it right by upgrading us to a newer house boat which was very nice, and was clean. Our stay was pleasant, and I as I stating at the beginning, we would stay again. I must say that the staff was very friendly and took care of any issues we had. I'm leaving this review not to bash the place, but to hopefully get them to do better for their future guests.

This place is so serene, relaxing, amazing The manager Dallas was amazing the place that we stayed was The Floridian house boat it was so clean and I’m a very picky person . we were so happy with everything we are definitely coming back

The houseboat was adorable. It was probably one of the cleanest “hotels” I’ve ever stayed at. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the dolphins from the deck in the morning. The front desk staff were wonderful- very friendly. There was an excellent bagel place a short walk away. The only thing to keep in mind is the boat says it sleeps 7 but the 7th loft bed would really only work for a child- or very small agile adult. Not a complaint (we were a group of 6) just something to keep in mind. I’d happily stay there again.

A wonderful experience! Loved the unique accommodations - staying on the water was very relaxing,comfortable and clean. We even got to see the manatees right outside our door. We will definitely recommend to our friends and we will be back soon!
