The place needs a complete remodeling!!! No Elevator and we were on second floor. Would not recommend staying here!!!

I never give reviews but this time we are making an exception. This is tge worst room ive booked in a first wirld country.
Heres a list.
Had to ask for water glasses. There were none in the room.
Light switch did not work
The room had weird smell.
The water tasted like burned material was in it. I had diarhea after tasting it.
The toilet barely worked it tiok about five minutes to refill between flushes and was often not strong enough to flush the paper.
No phone chargers in the room.the pool was empty and opened in August. Dangerous.
Safety instructions were missing from wall.
Fan and ac were very noisy.
The outside had little signage. Looks like it obce was a Quality Inn, and still had a Quality Inn logo, but is way below their usual standards
The whole place felt cheap and unprofessional.
The couple manning the desk were nice and friendly. Other than that, the place is a wreck. I woud not recommend it to anybody. Sorry, just being honest

Adequate for a one night stay. Mattress was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Could use some maintenance or updates to the air conditioner in the room we stayed in and deep cleaning of the carpet. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Most people would look at this property from the outside and just assume it is just an old motel. It's an old building but the rooms were nice, beds very comfortable and clean. The people that run this hotel were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the lobby was very inviting. The location is great location to where the Historic Ritz Theatre is located. You can easily get there by car in 5 minutes. There are also some fast food joints nearby plus downtown Toccoa which is a very quaint old town. If we went back, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Also, the pricing was great. The hotel does have a pool but no ice machine. If you need sodas, water, etc., I recommend going over to the Dollar General (across the street) to get snacks and drinks to keep in the room. They do have a microwave and small fridge in the room as well. All in all, I would rate this hotel an 8 out of 10. Nothing really lacking, it's just an older property that needs a few tweaks but overall, we had no issues. If you are on a budget but still want a nice place to lay your head with great pricing well this is your spot.

can’t beat the price and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel has some renovation projects going on during the day and it reflects on the low rate, which is appreciated. Will come back…

This is an extremely old hotel and it shows. The property needs a ton of work. I really felt like I was back in India. The shower had lots of hair in it, the shower curtain was nasty, and there was literally only one towel available which had many stains. I honestly tried not to look too close. Unfortunately there is only one other hotel option in Toccoa and it was completely booked.

The facility looks to have never been updated or renovated ever. Only one door lock with no other chain, etc… Musty smell.

The hotel had dirty sheets and hair on the bed. There was stains on the walls and bathrooms. Also the microwave door was broken. Management was nice but i wouldnt recommend stay here.

Everything was good, but the mattress was great. I usually don't sleep that well in hotels but this was the exception, very quiet and comfortable. Thank you to the owners.

Tv remote didnt work.
AC unit was stuck on 87, with no way to change it because the buttons were broken.
Curtains wouldnt close all the way, and there was light all night long.
Walls were paper thin, you could hear every door open.
Stains on sheets. The sheets were clean, smelled like bleach, but stained.
Musky smell in the room.
NO BREAKFAST, even thiugh the pictures and description clearly shows breakfast. They said because of Covid. Its 2024, no one cares about covid, its just an excuse to save money but charge the same price.
Unfortunatley this is best option in Taccoa.

The hotel was so gross that the bathroom looked like somebody Peed all over the door and no one cleaned it. The room was completely nasty look like the carpet should’ve been replaced instead of trying to clean it. They left one towel for two people in a hotel room that they knew two people were going to be at.

The door lock had obviously been kicked in before. You could simply push on the door and it would open, even when locked. The beds were dirty. They were obviously not changed from the last tenant. There were no comforters or covers on the beds. The tub and sink both had hair and dirt in them. Checking in was difficult. They did not serve food for breakfast as advertised. There was no response from management when asked for clean linen. Basically it would have been better to sleep in the street.

it was cost efficient, but u get what you pay for.. our night stand was dirty, limited 1 big towel for 2 people, and we had a variety of bugs in our room. the cleaners cleaned what need it after we asked. we wont be staying here again!

First direction was wrong room had no place to sit or coffee maker half the lights didn't work or low output had 3 small pillows but the management on duty was nice pictures didn't match actual place

Property used to be a Quality Inn. Signage on front of building and on Highway still says Quality Inn. The address you give us 106 Stephen Drive is a residence not the motel.
The hotel is run down, no water in pool, no tv reception, bathroom door actually rubs the toilet, door lock was in need of replacement, towel rack was rusted and on and on.

I’ve never met such rude people . They were so heartless and humiliating people extremely .

Don’t complain or else they will threaten to call cops on you .
Just worse experience of our life’s with three kids , they were at the door watching us take our stuff out and waiting at the door 20 min before check out.

The property outside was spotless and clean. The hotel is extremely outdated and bare, but inside our room was dirty. Many things were so old and I clean. Towel rack hanging off the wall;
Holes in the plaster; all of the metal in the bathroom was rusted and Gross;
Can’t close the bathroom door without lifting the toilet lid because it’s too tight of a space;
Bathroom fan full of disgusting dust and Gross;
Ceramic tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom
Bathroom was dirty and disgusting; had a very large roach wake us up in the middle of the night crawling across a plastic bag; Multiple Roaches; neighbors going in/out doors at 2am slamming door; just so incredibly Dirty and OLD. Luckily the bed seemed ok and clean, although the pillows were super thin and uncomfortable. The Furniture doors falling off and there was scrap food on one piece of furniture. The Refrigerator was dirty.

I arrived at 1am to try to check in. Was not able to check in. Therefore the money i spent on a room was wasted.

We walked in the lobby and it looked like they tore out all of furnishings and only had marble tables.Breakfast bar with the previous establishment was gone. It was so non-hospitable! Ewe. We didn’t want to judge by that so we went to a room anyway and opened the door. Someone was obviously already in the room and the tv was on. It smelled so bad . Doors and knobs seemed sticky. Couldn’t bear the smell so we checked out immediately. What a bummer! The closest next hotel was 25 minutes further away from our family ;-(. .

The propert needed work. The room was passable- avoid bed but bathroom needs renovation.
The manager was Vergil’s.- polite, efficient and honest.
