The staff was really nice and very helpful with everything, breakfast and dinner were very filling and delicious, the rooms were just like the pictures very new and super comfortable, they have an incredible view of the mountains which just makes the stay incredible.

just keep in mind that the hotel is still under construction, some areas are still unfinished wich are not showed on the website or on their ig, so during our stay you could hear construction noises in the morning so just mind that until they finish. the rooms are finished and very nice.

Good views and food was delicious

- No wifi or very weak, basically unusable Because of this we had to leave early, but they still charged us full price! - No electricity for most of our time there, they moved us to another room and still had issues. We were intending to work remotely and couldn’t because of this. Lights would randomly turn on and off even during the night. - Staff was aware of this but didn’t help - Breakfast not included in price unless you pay cash The fact that we were charged for 3 days despite only staying 2 is unacceptable. The owner accepted this when I reached out to them after leaving, but there has been no refund towards us! Would not recommend staying here

Wonderful location with a stunning mountain view. Hotel is very modern and the rooms were spacious, staff were very friendly and willing to help, and food was delicious, especially the breakfast, not to be missed. Loved the fires 🔥 during the evenings. It creates a magical atmosphere.

The hotel was still under construction, at least parts of it; probably not entirely ready for guests. Also the thunderstorm caused the electricity to go off in our room. We were eventually transferred to a different room, a duplex this time, better than the one we had, but it took a little longer than we would have wanted for the transfer to happen. Occasionally, hot water would play up. There was no air con and no TV. Finally, I would like to mention that the toilets don't have doors but just curtains and transparent glass. I don't think many people would be keen on that. 🤣 Though, overall, we had a good experience.

Location and Potential The location of Thethi Hotel is simply sublime. Nestled in a picturesque setting, the hotel has enormous potential due to its enchanting surroundings and natural beauty. Unfortunately, this is where the positives of my stay ends.

State of the Premises Upon arrival, I was struck by the pervasive state of construction throughout the hotel. Everywhere I looked, ongoing works marred the experience. There were no signs indicating the reception, parking, or general directions, making navigation around the hotel extremely difficult and frustrating. Disappointing Room We had booked a deluxe double room, but to our great disappointment, we were accommodated in a basic room without windows. At the first we thought we were at an wrong hotel. The lack of natural light was oppressive, and there wasn't even a bedside lamp to compensate. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely damp, making the stay even more unpleasant. And there were no blinds against the sun in the morning... Welcome and Service The welcome was far from warm. The person who received us seemed unmotivated and disinterested. He led us through the garden door to access our room without indicating the main entrance of the building. This situation created a huge problem when we went out in the evening. Upon returning to the hotel, we searched for a long time to find the entrance, as the garden door was locked from the inside. Dining Dinner at the hotel restaurant was another disappointment. No one seemed to know the menu, and the prices were exorbitant for the region: 20€ per person for a soup, a piece of meat, and some potatoes. A completely unbalanced value for money. Complaint and Customer Service When we reported that the room did not match our reservation, the staff simply replied that they couldn't do anything for us. Moreover, their communication was so inaudible that it was difficult to understand their responses. Conclusion In conclusion, while Thethi Hotel is situated in a beautiful location and has undeniable potential, the deplorable service and current state of the premises make it a place to avoid.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was incredible, going above and beyond to meet every request. They shared a lot about Albanian culture, which we loved. The food was fantastic, offering a true local experience. The views were breathtaking, with the hotel surrounded by nature and mountains. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Albania.

Man konnte vorher nicht so wirklich erkennen, dass alles noch Baustelle ist. Verbunden mit Lärm und Baustellendreck. Auch in den Zimmern und alles eben noch nicht ganz fertig. Auch gibt es keinen eigenen Balkon.
