the most memorable stay experience during our stay in Osaka, everything was beyond expectation. spacious room, stunning window view, complete and quality amenities, strategic location and free shuttle bus really helped our morning flight. thank you, we will stay here again next time.

Bedbugs! Be careful! The worst hotel in Japan. I asked the manager to call me back regarding the cancellation. Please do not come here the reception make you to be a fool and laugh at you on the phone

Had a wonderful and comfortable night. Bed is soft, duvet is fluffy, well lit, restroom is well stocked with nightly needs and everything is clean. Will definitely stay here again

Really nice room and great view. Free shuttle is only in the early morning but doesn't really matter because the property is attached to the train station that took us right to the airport.

This is an excellent location if you need to stay a short time before your trip. There are stores and restaurants very close. There is a restaurant with an excellent view on the 54th floor. This serves a very nice breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean, I would stay here again if I would be making a similar trip and stop over in Osaka.

Hotel was close to the train station and airport. Just 1 stop from the train station and the hotel had a free shuttle to the airport for certain times in the morning.
This hotel shared the breakfast dining with a connected hotel on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was great and views were amazing. The weather was poor, so there were a lot of clouds. But, when there was a clearing, it was a great view.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Would stay here again.

If you need a hotel near the airport don't look anywhere else stay here. This hotel was lovely and the rooms where massive. We had a lovely view over looking the water towards the airport. There is a large shopping complex within walking distance and the beach at your doorstep. There is also a Lawsons and the train stops right near the hotel. The hotel also offer a free shuttle service to the airport. Which was could of spent another night.

Odysis is good for what it is—an airport hotel. While it mostly was clean in the guest room floors, the bathroom shower curtain smelled quite strongly of urine. The staff are helpful and courteous, but not friendly. There aren’t that many dining options around, but possibly understandable given the location. Despite being next to the rail station, it wasn’t that noisy.

Wonderful place to stay where transportation is convenient and easy to navigate so you can see a lot without waiting for taxis. A great location for shopping, a Ferris wheel, restaurants, a comfortable stay and helpful staff

The hotel is huge and a bit soulless, but the service was excellent and the room floor interior design very nice indeed. What makes this hotel phenomenal is the views

The staffs are very courtesy. During the first stay, I lost my charger at the hotel. I send a message to the hotel. They responded promptly and gave back my charger when I came to the hotel later. They also provide shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient.
We enjoyed the startling view from the window of the hotel room. You can see the bay, the city, and the mountain.
If we visit the city again, we would like to stay this hotel again.

The view was amazing laundering room on the 21st floor with fair prices , combo wash and dry machines, close to beach killer buffet wow.
Staff at Stargate and Odysis were remakeble.

The property was conveniently next to the metro. It was easy to find, the staff was friendly and the room was comfy and spacious. Highly recommend for those needing to stay near the airport for their flights!
