The aesthetic and comfort.

The room was the perfect size for a couple and very nicely decorated and clean. The location was also very nice, right next to a georgeous private beach and close to restaurants.

Wifi wasn't working great but wasn't a big deal.

Clean and comfortable newly renovated rooms. We utilized the free beach cruiser bikes in the morning to explore the beautiful shore line.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t enjoy during our stay other than we wished we had booked for more than just the one night.

I stayed in room #23 Absolutely beautiful room, totally updated, high quality, very modern, spacious, clean, quiet, tranquil, private, and the staff is top notch!! I’d stay here again because it truly is that beautiful, accommodating, you name it they’ll assist!! A bonus bar downstairs with great food and service. The place is easy to get too and is surrounded by beaches from a private beach across the street to other public beaches less than ten minute drive. The best beach in the area is Jennings for barbecues and Penningfield for families/kids!!! The staff is the best truly!!

Balcony has no sea view, private beach extremely small filled with seashells! No curtains to blackout sun rise.

Great location, beach access a few steps from the hotel was a plus. The room is gut renovated and spotless. Keurig coffee machine was a nice surprise, kitchenette was well equipped, everything new and very comfortable. Very quiet place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kudos to you all.

The fridge didn’t cool properly.

The rooms were clean and well designed with an easy walk to the beach.

Half of this property is adjacent to a beach bar that evidently becomes a dance club until 2am on Friday (and presumably Sat) evenings. Our room was directly above this bar and none of my family slept. I have two small kids so it was awful. Not just loud music, you could feel the bass in your bones. When I called customer service the next morning to say that there was no way we could stay in that room for the next two nights, the woman I spoke to couldn’t help me and said she needed to speak to the owner. I asked for a refund but she didn’t even offer to move us to a different part of the hotel. I have followed up with this property with three voicemails and have not yet spoken to anyone or received anything resembling “customer service.” It honestly feels like they knew about this noise issue and are avoiding me. I can’t understand how they could sell this room or adjoining rooms in good conscience if they knew about the level of noise. I also incurred the additional cost of another hotel in the area because there was no way I was risking more nights with no sleep. Do not book this hotel - this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered.
