Very uncomfortable and i left early cuz the manager kept knocking on door saying he had the wrong room

Room didnt have a trash can. The Smell was not tge greatest. Lied about buffet breakfast. In fact it was no breakfast at all.

Paid for a hotel with breakfast and all. Go to check in and lady said they just opened up and they dont have any breakfast. . So basically false advertisement.

Everything was great. Customer service is awesome definitely will stay again

This Days Inn was out of service when we went to check in. we had no room this night (it is last night of 2021). Would you please process the refund and claim the issue.

The motel was closed due to hurricane Ida but never notified the booking agency if the damage and they were accepting reservations, we got there and the hotel was closed down !!!! Grrrrr!!!

Our stay at the Days Inn was horrible. Asked for non smoking room, but they were booked and that was all available. Lady at the desk said she would swap us the next day. Found a corner of a Condum wrapper in bedroom floor, a used mask near the bed, and used tampon in the bathroom. The pillows stunk on bed. The towels were never replaced the next night/day Had to go find the lady to replace them. The towels were torn i guess used for homemade savings,Not sure. The card didnt work the next day,lady unlocked door with hers said she would make new ones .Had to go locate her to make us new ones. She was never to be found at the desk. The pool showed in service on site and she claimed cleaning people didn't make it out to have it cleaned yet. This was the worst stay I ever received. Especially for 347$. I will never stay or recommend anyone staying here.

Checking in was great. The gal checking me in had a great sense of humor, attempted to show me one room but instead went the extra mile to change us to a non smoking room. She and another staff member quickly cleaned the room as the previous person had a late check out. They were so accommodating; yoy don't find that in many places anymore. Great place to stay!!

Super friendly service and knowledgeable about the area! Gave us good travel and restaurant suggestions! Clean hotel, comfy bed! Decor is a bit outdated in styles/colors, but is all kept up well! Definitely recommend this hotel!

I just needed a place to stay the night and this hotel did the job..

Hotel in general seemed a bit dirty and was definitely outdated. The free breakfast was surely just a joke, a couple bananas and sausage biscuits that you could put in the microwave. Staff was nice but just didn’t have much to work with in the old dinghy building.

The staff call me to make sure I ate breakfast,they was very concern about me when they didn’t see me. I appreciate the friendliness they showed me,I really enjoy my stay,

It was quiet and the location was convenient. I ate all the sausage biscuits.

Friendly staff,who also made my waffles because she knew I had a flight to catch and the clean facility.

I failed to double check things before I clicked book. Upon arrival I discovered my problem however the manager gave us what I thought I checked and even upgraded us.

It was very nice and a great price staff is very helping

This is the second time that I have stayed here and both times I walked in she knew my name. They are always friendly and couldn’t ask for a better hotel!!! I will definitely be staying here in the future. Thanks again

Front desk staff are wonderful people. Very attractive to all my family needs. I booked a smoking room in error though an app. I was offered a non-smoking room with no hassle.

The entrance area was just a bit creepy seeing as it was locked up at the lobby area. That entrance area was difficult to navigate with big bags--no automatic door and an awkward space. The staff were all very nice but it just seemed a bit disorganized. The breakfast area was dirty and should have been more kept up. I took a photo of my bathmat--it was frayed and had legit holes in it!

Not a good place at all. The only good thing was the friendly woman that worked there. Too much money for the room. Kind of sticky feeling in the room. Not a good hotel at all.

The staff is excellent. They went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasing. Anita is Awesome.

Manager took it upon herself to cancel my reservation. When I went to check in she said someone called to cancel using name. She was rude and did absolutely nothing to correct what she did. Glad I didn’t stay at this place. It was dirty and stinky

On duty manager was super helpful and pleasant. Condition of the hotel left a whole lot to be desired. Just to walk to our car we had to walk through 3 smokers. The entire building needs to be renovated. This was the most expensive hotel on our trip and the least liked. Would never stay here again and now will never stay at a days Inn

Property is old and some work done. Definitely remodeling.
