There was everything you need for few days stay. Room was big and staff was nice.

It was a bit chilly in the room, so we want to turn off the AC but we can't. Everything started to be wet due the condensation. There was a note that we can ask for additional blanket at the reception.

Location was fine. Much dirtier than expected. Staff was downright rude, starting with Fabiola, who said we were welcome to complain to her superior Monday to Friday 9-5. It was Friday evening already.

CONFORTABLES…We can’t touch the A/C even if we not feel confortable.. Stink air from outside get into the room, We stay almost 2hrs without water.

There was not a lot of parking at that moment and the guard suggested to park outside the hotel I told him no if I'm paying 😒 a hotel is to park in the parking lot.

no elevator, air conditioning had to remain at 16c to avoid condensation ( mandatory) had to sleep with a hoodie on , TV didn’t work . Staff had an at tide when called about these things

The staff was courteous and extremely helpful in all situations. They were above and beyond expectations. This area is still recovering from a very recent hurricane and the hotel had to rely on its emergency power plant several times. All electrical services continued working without a hitch. The pool, on an interior courtyard, is sparkling, well maintained and larger than expected. Breakfast was very good and the cooks and staff were great.

Because of the recent hurricane and humidity the room had to be kept cooler than my preference. But I understand this was beyond their control. Extra blankets were provided to keep me comfortable. I just did not expect to be this cool in the tropics.
