Prenotando questa casa vacanza per non fumatori ti troverai in una zona strategica a due passi da tratti costieri dove andare a vela e da fondali dove fare incredibili immersioni. Un parcheggio è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 2 minuti a piedi fino a Spiagge di Panama City o 10 minuti a piedi fino a St. Andrews Bay.
Una piscina riscaldata, momenti di assoluto relax nel giardino, una terrazza o un patio e un'area barbecue... ecco cosa ti aspetta se prenoti questa sistemazione! Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.
Questa sistemazione con 5 camere e 3.5 bagni offre anche un’area soggiorno, un divano letto e aria condizionata. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e asciugamani. Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! This is a great place to stay for your vacation. Our family of 15 had such a wonderful time. I would recommend spending your vacation in this beautiful home in Panama City Beach

The accommodations are exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and in order. The patio/pool area was perfect for a trip to Panama City at the end of March. We were able to swim in the heated pool on the days it was too cold/windy to swim in the ocean.
They provide a wagon and beach chairs and two umbrellas you can take on the short walk to the beach. They also provide beach towels. We walked to Schooners for an early dinner one afternoon. The State Park and the pier is only about a mile down the beach.
We had eight adults in our party, so we used all the rooms except the room with the bunk bed. All the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for three showers to be running at once. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was a plus.
The kitchen appliances are new and modern, and the kitchen is well stocked. Check in was easy and as described. Check out instructions were clear. Host was responsive to all questions.
We had perfect weather and we were able to have a lovely family getaway to beautiful PCB.

The home is a new rental and is large, spacious and was very clean upon our arrival. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. In addition to a queen bedroom and a double bed with a single bunk room, this home has three bedrooms with king beds and separate baths. Properties with this many king beds are harder to find, and this is what our family desired. There is ample parking for 5-6 vehicles (if they are parked close and stacked). However, Thomas Drive is a very busy four lane road so with small children we were overly cautious as we entered/exited the front of the property.
The home has a small private pool which was wonderful due to very hot outside temperatures. The beach was a short walk away. The home does provide ample beach chairs and pool towels which was a very nice addition. They even have a wagon to transport everything to beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and hope to return next summer.

Just a block from the beach conveniently located near stores and local restaurants. All the amenities you need. House is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. We were there with extended family. Our group enjoyed the pool, patio and had a wonderful time. Agency representative was helpful and thorough with details and quick to respond to messages.

Our Mother's Day stay at Sugar Shores allowed us to return home rested and rejuvenated. This beautiful home featured all of the best amenities, including soft towels and bedding. Our group rotated between the easy access beach - not at all as crowded as some beach locations nearby the condo towers - and the backyard pool which was the perfect size (and lights up at night!). We even grilled a few nights a week to make sure we had a full getaway experience. Although the home faces a primary street, we were not disturbed by anything happening outside. When we grew tired our our outdoor activities, we enjoyed movies on the many televisions located throughout the home. We communicated very easily with the property manager throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. If you're looking for a refreshing getaway in PCB, this is the place to be!

This home is very big and beautiful. It is close to the beach and stores. Check in was very easy and fast. Farah was very professional and welcoming. She made check in and check out very easy and gave me updates on the property being ready.
