Even though the condo's rooms were small, it was very adequate for our group that was gone all day. The owners were wonderful and readily communicable. Great place to rent for the short term.

Fantastic place!

First time in Gulfport, first time VRBO renters. Both turned out to be great experiences. As earlier stated, this property, as just about any property near the beach in Gulfport, is near the railroad tracks. Annoying at first, but we soon didn’t hear the trains. This property was well maintained, equipped well, and very convenient to just about everything. We had a few questions and the owners were prompt in responding. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt at home.

It really is close to the beach. Everything you need is available in the townhouse. The beds were super soft. The pool is very close to the unit. There are bikes available to ride which I thought was a nice touch. Didn't have time to ride them....maybe next time. Would stay again. Property owner did check in on us the first night and at check-out.

It was in a great location. Had everything we needed. Had lots of room to sleep. Very close to the pool, which was convenient with little ones. Always answered any questions I had.

I would definitely rent this home again. We came to Gulfport to bury my father at the Veterans Cemetery in Biloxi. The owners thought of everything, including games, chairs for the beach, shower gel and shampoo. I even saw an instant pot!!! Made cooking a breeze. The owner was quick to respond to my inquiries and was very thoughtful of advising of a local store to purchase a premade Thanksgiving dinner since we were staying for a funeral over the holiday. Thank you so Much Kimmy! When we come back to visit my dads grave we will stay here again.

Minus the minor hiccup upon arriving with the A/C not keeping up (which the owner remedied by the next day) great home, only down side is the proximity to the trains, which didn’t bother the adults, but was not ideal for kids or young ones as there was a very early train every morning. The proximity to the beach was great and within walking distance even for our 3 year old. Owner even checked in on us and offered some great recommendations for kids activities as well as restaurants. We’re familiar with the area prior to Katrina so having some new recommendations was awesome!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property over mother's day weekend. When I opened the door it was just as the photos depicted -- beautiful, spacious, cozy, and felt like home. I was surprised at how large the home was. The 3 bathrooms which was incredibly spacious, was an added bonus. We didn't feel cramped and everyone had their own space. The home had all the amenities needed for cooking, cleaning, washing, bathing, etc. The decor of the home was simply beautiful. Vicky was available when we had issues with the television and she called just to welcome us to the space. She was quite accessible. My kids enjoyed how close we were to the pool which is literally next door and the closeness to the beach. My daughter and I used the bicycles that come with the rental to bike to the beach. It was a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. Vicky allowed us to check out a at 2pm because it was Mother's day. She was very thoughtful and we will definitely come back!

My family spent our Thanksgiving in this condo while visiting relatives on the Coast. We found the property charming, roomy, very clean, and a short walk to the beach. It is within a gated, very safe community, right in the middle of the Gulf Coast. There are many wonderful seafood restaurants near by. Everyone we met in the community was friendly and we had no problems with other residents. The owners were wonderful and stayed in contact during our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. It is close to the railroad but we did not find this much of a distraction; my kids actually thought it was rather fun having trains go by their bedrooms. Late night trains were very rare. I can recommend this property very highly.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect. We had 3 bedrooms w/3 bathrooms which made it perfect for everyone. It was also very convenient for all our weekend activities. The owners were fantastic & responded immediately to any needs we had! We will definitely use it again!

Owners are very easy to contact and respond right away. Short and safe walk to beach. Beach is about 1 mile from main public access, and limited parking spots off road. This means that very few people were on the beach with us, almost like our own private beach. Easy to cross main highway, plenty of time to get across safely. Beach is nice, could be taken care of alittle better, but not property owner's fault. Would recommend staying here!

Pros: 1) Location is Great. Thanks for having the wagon to transport stuff to beach. 2) Great access to pool, girl's loved it. 3) Didn't have the chance to use table on patio or the grill. It did look nice. Hopefully other renters get to use. 4) Thanks for letting us have our poodle and cat with us.. Much appreciated. The cat did stay in the master bedroom under the bed. 5) Dishwasher soap & Laundry Soap was much appreciated. 6) Comfy master bedroom bed. 7) Was great having a bath for every bedroom! Cons: 1) Close for adult/teen walk, but a little far for smaller kids. Add that info to listing since it would be helpful to younger families. 2) Most disappointing feature about Condo is the Train tracks directly behind condo (and I mean directly behind, right on other side of fence!) Need to put in listing that if staying in downstairs bedroom or upstairs bedroom (not master) be prepared to for TRAIN to interrupt sleep several times during the night so that renters can plan accordingly. Luckily my 4yr old granddaughters hear nothing once they get to sleep. 3)No drink-ware. Only glassware was 3, technically stemless wine glasses (2 of which have terrible deposits on them and look cloudy). There are 4 plastic cups in closet. We had 6 people. Plenty of normal wine glasses. Kind of hard to drink tea or water out of wine glasses since you have to keep filling it up. 4) Cookware, especially the skillet, need to be replaced due to previous renters using metal utensils on the non-stick surface. Would be better to purchase an inexpensive stainless set rather than the current cheap "non-stick" set. 5) Need new potholders. 6) No cookie sheet! Every place we have every rented has a cookie sheet. We needed it for roasting veggies also for baking garlic bread. 7) At first thought it was great there was an actual set of knives. Unfortunately they are not very sharp. Possible get a serrated knife sharpener? Need at least one (1) straight edge knife so it can be sharpened.

The condo is in a great area. I love that it has 3 bathrooms and space for everyone! I really enjoyed staying.

The house was lovely, very spacious, each room had their own bathroom which is nice. Short walk to the beach from the house. The owner stayed in contact during our stay which made last min questions easy to have answered. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, everything you need from wine glasses to silver wear is there. Only negative is the trains, during the day I didn’t mind them going by, however at night I did not enjoy being woken up at 4am by their horn as they passed. The tracks are literally right out back and the whole house shakes as they pass. They passed more frequent then I had expected. Other then my sleep being disturbed, the stay was wonderful.

The location was convenient. The house was very clean and comfy. It also had quick access to the pool. The only issue was the train being so close to the house.

The overall experience of my stay at Century Oaks was fantastic. The house had everything we needed, enough room for everyone to be comfortable and it was literally walking distance from the beach. I'm very satisfied with my experience there and would highly recommend Century Oaks to anybody...Thanks Vicky!

The property was beautiful. It was convenient to where we needed it to be. It was also nice being able to rent from people who are military as well, plus there's always the military discount :) When we had questions, Kimmy and John got in touch with us within a few minutes. If you are looking for things to do close to their home, there is the beach, children's museum, lots of places to eat, casinos. This was our first time using vrbo and because how things went with Kimmy and John, I think we'll be seeing them again. Highly recommend.

The train right behind, less than 20 feet, the unit is the only reason I wouldn't give this place a 5. Other than the train and the horn this place was quiet. The owner responded promptly to any questions. This place was very conveniently located to the beach, clean, and had easy access to the coastal highway. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well supplied with towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and a pleasantly surprising supply of spices. I would stay here again and recommend it to others after giving them the heads up on the train.

This is a very nice place to stay. Our host responded to all of our questions in a quick manner and made our weekend trip stress free. Would definitely stay again.

This place suited our needs very nicely. We were in town for a wedding and it was close to the venue, the coast, and the mall/restaurants. The only negative was it was also close to a train. That said, the owners were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues during our stay. It was comfortable and painless!

This property is EXACTLY what you see online! The owners and their team were very responsive with all of my questions/needs! We plan to return to Gulfport soon!

This property was calm, peaceful and beautiful. The owners were accessible and helpful and did everything that they said. I can't wait to go back!

This unit was so wonderful. There are 3 large beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is the perfect size with counter seating and a kitchen table with chairs. My kids would say the best part of the unit is that it is steps to the pool. The pool was always the perfect temperature, never crowded and the other families were welcoming and nice. It's a close walk to the beach, where we swam, saw fish and crabs. There's grocery stores close by and Felix's restaurant is great, with its outdoor games. While there we did day trips to Dauphin Island and New Orleans. Back to the unit - it was fully furnished and the owners provided the essentials to start our trip - which was so nice. Other reviewers commented on the train that runs behind the unit - after the second day we barely noticed it and never woke us during the night. We had a few questions before and during our stay and the response time was remarkable. The owners quickly responded and truly made this a great vacation for me and my family. Next time we visit the gulf - we'll definitely be staying here.
