The house was very clean when we arrived, comfortable, and spacious enough for us 7 adults. The den upstairs was an added bonus for those who periodically had to work, to close themselves away for privacy. The kitchen is well provisioned, and large enough for more than one person at a time to prep and cook. The beach boardwalk is across the street. We appreciated access to the Lake House to work out, and rounds of golf were enjoyed on the course. The pool was a bit of a madhouse, but we vacationed the week before schools started. We determined that families with kids were getting in their last summer trip. Seabrook is a well maintained and quiet community.

This house had many pro's about it. We took our children and their families for a vacation while also attending a wedding later in the week. We absolutely loved Seabrook. This house was a great location and would come back to this location on Seabrook again. As stated by other renters the kitchen was very well stocked which made it easy to prepare meals. The only thing it did not have was tea towels and wash cloth"s which fortunately we brought with us. The lay out of the house was very conducive to children because of the open lay out. The only thing we found a issue was the deck, we had quite a few splinters to be removed so do not go out on the deck with out something on your feet. Also the other two items that were in need of replacement was the grill and the mattress on the first floor bedroom (with the queen mattress). Aside from that we loved the screened in porch and found this location very quiet.

This was an excellent location. The house was nice and the rooms were spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, walkable to beach and clubhouse. Very homey, clean and neat.

The house itself was perfect in every way, and if it were ever not listed with Vacasa, we would rent it again and again. Unfortunately, Vacasa was not responsive, and we will never rent with them again. The home is beautiful, well-furnished, perfectly located close to boardwalk 3 (it’s long but so pretty), and very comfortable with lots of space. Beds were comfortable, everything worked well, kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could need. There was a working elevator there, which was so nice for unloading and loading. We had two separate issues while there, and the management company was terrible. I wouldn’t stay again because if something big happened, like the air went out, I would have zero expectation that the company would fix it. The entire time we stayed in the home, the door did not lock at all. Seabrook is a safe island, so we weren’t too worried, but we reported it, and it was never addressed. Also, be sure you don’t leave anything behind because there is no chance you will ever see it again.

We will definitely come back here! Super house that is nicely decorated and very comfortable - tons of outside porch and deck room for guests. So close to the clubhouse and the beach! We had a great 4 days!

The house was clean and right across the street from the beach. We had lots of children and they were able to ride around the neighborhood on our bikes. It is a great house.
