Presso questa casa vacanza per non fumatori si possono praticare attività come escursioni in kayak, golf e molte altre. Bastano 5 minuti in auto per arrivare a Frio River o 4 per raggiungere Concan Golf Course and Country Club.
Dopo una giornata piena di eventi non ti resta che prenderti una pausa vicino a una piscina privata o pensare già alla prossima escursione sulla terrazza privata. Potrebbe farti piacere sapere che hai a dispozione anche un'area barbecue. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Amazing location with lots of space. Loved that each room had it's own bathroom, the pool was perfect, the covered outdoor space was amazing for hanging out in the evenings, and the scenery is peaceful. Located really close to the Frio so it was super easy getting back and forth, and allowed for multiple vehicles to park in front of the house. The property manager was responsive any time I had a question. Make sure to pack towels and sheets - a bit inconvenient considering how much you pay - but you do have the option to rent sheets, odd, but I would rather sleep on my own. The only thing we didn't care for was that the breezeway garage door is 'locked' open all night giving anyone open access to walk through the breezeway (outdoor bedrooms are right there), you cannot shut it - we didn't feel overly confident and parked a vehicle in front of it. Not that someone couldn't walk around the back, but it would have made us all feel a lot more comfortable knowing we could shut that door. Overall we loved our stay!

We went for a small family reunion and it was lovely! Everyone enjoyed their time there and the space was incredible. Not to mention, the host was very responsive and sorted out questions in seconds.

Overall, this was a very good rental - as described and clean. Good communication with the property manager. Note that they "DO NOT PROVIDE SHEET OR TOWELS. YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN OR RENT THEM FOR $10/BED." I don't recall seeing this text when we made our reservation. I was informed of this extra charge only after we paid our deposits. The pool was dirty, the filter and skimmer not running. Two guys came to service and clean the pool on the morning we checked out.

We really enjoyed the time spent at the property. We are planning to do it again next year (God willing)

The property was perfect. It checked all our boxes especially the bedrooms outside the main home. The kitchen was fully stocked as promised. The home was spacious and allowed for multiple areas to gather for our family. We enjoyed our thanksgiving feast in this well kepted home.

Everything about this property is beautiful, inside and outside. The design is very warm and welcoming and is perfect for large groups, like our family. The management team is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there more than once and plan to again. We recommend it to our friends and relatives all the time!

We had a great time with family. The home was really clean and trash service daily. The view of the surrounding hills from the pool was very relaxing and peaceful. Master bedroom had a comfortable bed which was an unexpected joy! Would definitely book in the future.
