Great house, Great location! Even when the river is low this house will allow you to enjoy the river. We have been going to the Frio for 25years and this is by far the best house. This was our 2nd time renting this house and no need to even look anywhere else. 13 of us stayed and there was ample space for all. See ya next year On the Rocks!!!

This house is the best vacation home! It is located on the river, fully stocked, and has all the comforts of home. Each bedroom is quiet and private and has its own bathroom and shower. The living room and kitchen are open concept which is great for family gatherings. We will definitely rent this home again.

There was 10 in our group. We were in for dove hunting and hanging out on the river. There was more than enough room for us and the house is very nice. Great to be able to walk down to the river and relax. Only issue with the rental is lack of sheets for the beds and towels. However this seems to be the new normal for houses in Concan. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

House is setup well for large groups, very nice backyard. Good river access, easy walk down to river. Private access was a great spot - very nice to have a reasonably deep pool instead of narrow or shallow rapids.

Great location!! We had 3 families of 4 and property exceeded our expectations. House was fully stocked and housed all of us for 5 days. Rooms are in the corners so you still get some privacy if needed. FFG was extremely responsive on any questions that came up. We will be rebooking next year and the years to come.
