Overall, we really enjoyed this property. We were here during the total eclipse and had a great view of the stars and skies (well, except during the eclipse). The property was well maintained, however many of the appliances were outdated and didn't work very well. The only issues I had were the fact that they had a gas grill, but did not provide a propane tank, and the grill grates were pretty rusty. Additionally the outdoor firepit did not have any chairs to use. There is an on-site storage shed that could be used to store similar items for guests.
The river is great fun for swimming and tubing. The local area has some great hangouts (Hippie Chicks) and the local convenience store has a good supply of items for your stay.
The property is in an area with other houses nearby, but they are all well spaced and separated.
We really enjoyed the stay and the property manager was very responsive to our calls and questions. I'd recommend staying here.

The house and location were perfect for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked great. The 2 living rooms were nice with a good amount of space. The outside property had lots of room and what an incredible view!

When this ad says they sleep 30+, they are not kidding! Massive ranch house right on the river across from a Texas mountain. It provided just what we needed for a guys weekend of golf and river.
Bring your own towels and sheets like the ad says.

Nothing but the best and Nicole is one of the greatest. Always available (but we didn't need her) and the best to work with. The Paradise is Just that "Paradise"!

We had a little maintenance problems this year. Really for the price paid, bathrooms should be updated a bit. Otherwise everything was great - furniture still good and location and back patios are wonderful for our group. Thanks for leasing!

We have stayed in Paradise before the big flood and ever since it was remodeled. We have looked at other places but none other compare to P paradise Our family enjoys the house, location, and the hospitality that has alway been shown to us. Nothing it it and the people who are in charge of it.
