Very pleasant clean well appointed furnishings would stay again. Only issue no live tv shows news weather etc

Four sixtyish high-school friends spent a long weekend catching up at this lovely, spacious house. The location was convenient to shopping and beaches, and was quiet and beautifully landscaped. The full, well-stocked kitchen was a delight, the central air conditioning was well appreciated and everything was clean and roomy. The host was responsive, the wifi worked perfectly and the pool table was a hoot. Apart from a couple of rather large turkeys, we also spotted cardinals, woodpeckers and goldfinches, as well as the more plentiful bluejays, sparrows and crows, who seemed to enjoy the tall trees lining the backyard as much as we did. All in all, a highly recommendable place to stay mid-Cape.

We loved this house. Great location. EXTREMELY clean. Spacious and comfortable. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. We would love to stay here again! We even had visits from Turkeys and bunnies .

Listing is fully accurate, the house is lovely and much more spacious than it appears. Big yard for activities, wicked close to beaches and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great location for exploring the Cape.

This was a perfect setting for us, our teen daughters, and my father in law. We also hosted our cousins for dinner one night, and it was wonderful sitting around the dining room table laughing and catching up. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet, and the property is well-kept (with hilarious turkeys roaming in the backyard!). The three bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked and had little extras like condiments, olive oil, etc and previous guests left unopened items in the pantry (we did the same). Some suggestions would be to add night lights in the halls and bathrooms, especially upstairs, and a couch in the basement for anyone playing pool. Some of the decor was a little old fashioned (window treatments and blinds, artificial flowers everywhere) but these were just side notes and in no way took away from the enjoyment of our stay. It’s a truly beautiful, well-appointed and clean home and we were sad to leave!
