The property was spacious and very close to everything

The house location was great. 5 minute walk to a grocery store and 10 to the beach. The view of the canal was great and we did see a Manatee in the corner of the canal.

Our stay couldn't have been better! The weather was incredible, mid 70's low humidity. We watched Manatees playing everyday day, one day four of them all day. I walked out onto the dock to take a sunset picture and a dolphin swam right under where I was sitting on the dock, watched a SpaceX rocket launch from the front yard. We are already talking about our vacation next year. The house is actually good for two families with children. Plenty of room. Kids would love swimming in the pool. Spent many afternoons just sitting out on the patio reading a book on my Kindle. Hope the next person enjoys this wonderful home as much as we did

Wonderful stay for family with children. Everything was as advertised.

This was a beautiful home with a great location. Charlie made it super easy to check in and was a great communicator. The home was not only beautiful, but comfortable too. It had all of the right amenities. We even had dolphins and manatees visit in the channel. The house is only a few blocks from the beach. It also is close to a large grocery store. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house was just as listed. All amenities were good - linens, towels, water in the fridge, coffee pods... It was very comfortable and well equipped. The backyard decks (with a swim spa) and dock were great. We had excellent weather and spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings on the porch and in the pool. Used the kayak to paddle out to the river and see the sunset. It was a very nice relaxing way to start and end the days. We even had a Manatee stop by in the morning and played around the dock for a bit. As for Cocoa Beach, we kayaked through the mangroves with Cocoa Kayaking, rented a Craig Cat boat (look it up, it was great fun!) from Cape Crossing Boat Rental, and saw a rocket launch and landing. Food was mostly excellent. Highly recommend Florida Fresh Grill for fresh fish and scallops (get there early, they get backed up and don't seem to take reservations). Grills Seafood at the cruise ship port was also very good and most days you can watch the cruise ships sail out between 4 and 5. Surprisingly the Hilton Longboards Tiki Beach Grill was very good for a drink or lunch. It was easy to get to and right on the beach. This is where we watched the launch and it was spectacular. All in all it was a great week and we are definitely considering coming back to this property again.

The hosts were very thoughtful when it comes to having everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool spa was very nice and well maintained. The dolphins we seen from the backyard wet an added bonus. Fishing was good off the dock! Now we wish we would have stayed longer and we will definitely book this place again.

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was very close to the beach and had many accomodations. The only thing we did not like is that the hot tub is set at 90 when human body temp is 98 so the hot tub just felt cool/lukewarm the whole time we were there. Other than that it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the home to anyone going to coco beach.

Cannot say enough, enjoyed our stay very much! Had a great time, the house was just as advertised! Great location to wherever you wanted to go! Hoping to go again next year for 2 weeks this time!

Amazing is all I can say! This house had a little for everyone. We had 4 adults and 5 children ( ages 9-3). The house it self was set up perfect for a large family. The spa pool was a hit, the kids had an absolute blast. Fishing from the dock was excellent, we caught all kinds of fish and creatures. We kayaked with dolphins in the canal. A manatee family was out everyday. The walk to the beach and pier was only 10 mins and with 5 kids it was super easy. They had lots of beach gear to choose from. You will not be disappointed with this rental. We are already planning to book again next year!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property on a channel in Cocoa Beach. It had everything we needed and we loved the large hot tub and the kayaks that were supplied. We saw several Manatees and a dolphin that liked to hang out in the channel. The home is beautiful and located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the ocean. The owner responded quickly to the few questions we had. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. Our stay in the Bayview Park home was better than expected. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all of the essentials. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area - which we liked, yet close to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. We enjoyed the back lanai and outdoor spaces. My husband caught several fish off the dock and we used the kayaks to paddle around the Banana River, where we saw a few dolphins. We would definitely book this home again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

We stayed here with 6 kids ranging in age from 6-17 years old. The house was the perfect size in a great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. Grocery store was right around the corner. The back yard had a dock on a canal and every day we had a visit from a manatee which was so cool to see up close from the dock. House was an hour drive to Disney which was convenient when we spent a day there as well. We've already discussed coming back and would stay here again!
