Super clean and comfortable, very good for a traveler with kids and pets.

It was a little hard to check in as the gal did not speak english. We figured it out but it would have helped if they had more knowledge of English, obviously no fault of the person or facility and still a wonderful place to stay regardless of the language barrier.

Very clean, new, apparently very good sustainability credentials. Easy parking, good location. Only one towel each which is better for the environment.

Hôtel récent, propre, bien situé pour faire les marchés de Noël, petite attention a notre arrivée : 2 verres de vin chaud et un paquet de biscuits .. petit déj correct Nous avons demandé un oreiller de plus et il nous a été fourni.

Peut être le petit déjeuner du dimanche matin, visiblement plus de monde qu'attendu et donc des difficultés à réapprovisionner ... Et rien a voir avec l'hôtel, mais Booking demande une belle part financière en commission ! La chambre est affichée a 109€ et le petit-déjeuner a 10,90€ , or pour 3 nuits nous avons payé 526€ !! La prochaine fois je passe directement par l'hôtel !

Il faudrait une meilleure organisation du petit déjeuner en période de marchés de Noël, des tranches horaires où je ne sais pas mais les marchés ouvrent à 10h donc tout le monde vient en même temps

Situé dans une zone industrielle, accès facile . Parking. Chambre correcte, calme. Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct.

L'hôtel est bien situé pour le festival, loin du bruit et facile d'accès. bon hôtel, nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. petit bémol, nous devions arriver à 15 heures, nous sommes arrivé plutôt vers 14h30, l'accès à la chambre nous a été refusé.

Ligt tussen drukke weg en treinspoor. Lawaai. Niet goed aangegeven vanaf de straat. Zoek het zelf maar uit.

Entrance of hotel a bit different there is no direct entrance on the street you should turn around the building a bit silent.

Everything was clean and new! Plenty of free parking space. Comfy spacious room. Ample tasty breakfast. Perfect for a one night stopover.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, location was great , KFC and McDonald next door, supermarket few steps away. Room very clean, comfy. Plenty of spaces to park. I save this hotel in favourites for sure

Only 2 small bath towels & floor mat provided. No hand towels or towel for hair.

- Our room was very clean and though the bed is quite firm, the sheets are nice and soft. - The evening receptionist was excellent (friendly and informative). - There is a McDonalds and a Buffalo Grill nearby which is probably good for hungry travellers arriving in the afternoon or evening.

- There was only one shower-towel in our bathroom, though there was, thankfully, a large hand-towel and so we made it through with that (We arrived quite late, were very tired, and didn't feel like going downstairs to try and get another towel. I am positive however that it wouldn't have been an issue to get one at reception as the evening receptionist was excellent). - The bed was a little too firm for our tastes (and we generally like a firm bed). - Breakfast at the hotel was ok, but not exceptional. It does include cold and hot options though the quality of some of these (like the bacon) could improve.

After a day spent in the car the warm welcome at the desk was much appreciated. The possibility to charge an EV is a big advantage. Very clean rooms and smartly organised. Super beds.

Breakfast. The food was looted: no egg, no fruit. The waitress worked hard to replenish it and remained very friendly. Too bad no colleagues came to help as this was way too much for one person. The offer is limited but quality. Nice coffee and fruit juice. Limited fillings. Tasty croissants.

Large room and good design for 4 single beds - lots of room. Hotel is new and everything is in prestine condition, roomy and excellent shower pressure.

The breakfast is very poor. Please do something about it.

It's definitely one of the best hotel chains in this price range. Clean, with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. The hotel is close to KFC, McDonald's, and Buffalo Grill - I definitely recommend visiting the last one. 👌 Also the hotel has a free parking
