Very clean and nicely furnished

The apartment is always kept clean throughout. It is located close to all shops and facilities which is ideal. The host Jim is always more than helpful and always so polite. I have stayed here previously, and would definitely stay here again.

We like the fact there were two bathrooms. Facilities were good.

-No mirror in second bedroom
-En Suite bathroom shower drain appears to be blocked as tray was filling up - risk of of overflow.

I booked the property as I was going to a festival away from home. I spoke to the property manager and explained that we would be checking in late as we were at a festival and he told me it was ok as it was self check-in. When I left the festival, I paid the invoice that had been sent and made my way to the property. When i arrived, the reservation had been cancelled and I couldn’t get in. I had to find a new hotel late at night and have not been able to get a refund. Horrific experience and unnecessary.

Very spacious, clean and great location for my family as it’s easier to get around and visit family.
The mattress in the main bedroom, all spring mattresses hurt my back though but still slept great!

Extremely narrow and awkward parking. The apartment is relatively small, and some of the things like the fuse and blinds needed attention.

Staff were helpful in trying to sort out the internet although unfortunately it wasn’t rectified.
Large clumps of hair found on the bathroom floor and on the sofa.
No TV and no internet.
Mattress outside with a drug user when we arrived and left the property was off putting for the female member of staff who also stayed.

The door entry system did not work properly.
the bathroom was dirty, and all though my colleague didn't tidy up and put the rubish outside in the bins, i was accused of using condoms and leaving the wrappers under the bed and also stealing the iron.
We are on the road 11 months of the year, and this has never happened to me for.
we would never steal anything, especially an iron, as we dont use one.
and for the condom wrappers, it just tells you how clean it was in the first place.
The owner also told me that he had to sack his cleaner, and that's why his wife was now cleaning the property he also stated that an iron had also been stolen a couple of weeks before.
will not be staying there again nor recomend to others

Overhaul building entering was dirty but the apartment was nice and clean .
Bed was not the best but ok and the bed sheets not ironed but crinkled up
