The two ladies working there tried their best to resolve all the issues and were polite. It was clean and room was spacious

We've stayed in many hostels and this is by far the worst and we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome Rude owner- called us liars, didn't care about there being no water and not being able to wash hands or shower and told us to take money and shower elsewhere No running water at all for 24 hours Leaking water from ceiling Dangerous plug sockets Blocked sink Bunk bed had no railing so easy to fall out Smelt like damp Electricity cut out So expensive for what you get for a dorm
