The hotel is literaly next to the shopping road. The view is exceptional, and the crew is really friendly. The wooden building also has wooden walls inside the rooms, what is a really awesome.

The sauna was faulty for one day, but they repaired it for the next day, and we got a compensation.

Location! central, just on the main street, close to a big supermarket and all amenities. 5mins walk to the coach station and 10 from the cable car. Also nice to have a sauna and a swimming pool for free in the hotel in a relaxing area on the second floor (when no kids around 😜 ). The restaurant is lovely. Decorated like a mountain fairy tail. Nice also the decor of the rooms: wood everywhere!. Absolutely excellent value for money

Some members of staff not quite fluent in English. Shower without mixer for hot and cold water. Room pretty but not very big

Delicious breakfast

The pool area was a much smaller than in a wellness hotel supposed to be.

Hotel is located right in the heart of Zakopane on the main walking street. Interior is made of wood which gives it's uniqueness to the place. Food in restaurant was quiet tasty.

Staying in the mountains it's not very pleasant to be waken up very early in the morning from the sounds of the garbage carrier or car alarms as missing air conditioning makes you sleep with open windows. Getting menu in restaurant is a quest.

The location was the best and the restaurant attached was nice. Very welcoming arrival from the recepion! Also pool and sauna are nice after a hiking trip.

Unfortunaly the breakfast was really bad. We ended up having breakfast at a local cafe nearby.

Breakfast was amazing! ... self service ... loved the variety of food, pastries, drinks etc.

Hostess' service in the restaurant. Waitressess' had gloomy faces and didn't check on us as often as they should have. Had to waive down on them to ask for a check.

Almost everything , staff on reception were very helpful.

There wasn't a lift ,but i understand it was an old building. Bar closed at 9.15. A bit on the early side. Breakfast was a bit bland and lacking variety
