Loved the location and the spacious house. Being pet friendly was awesome with the fence and the outdoor room. One of the beds was not cleaned I have photos of it, spider webs in the corner of the stairs full of bugs and the next morning I killed a roach in the kitchen counter. There was also not enough trash bags. Would I rent it again Yes just need it cleaned better.

We booked this house for a large family get together over Christmas. We had kids aged 3 -20 and several adults and maxed out the capacity limit. Everyone enjoyed the house greatly. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing a traditional holiday dinner for 17 people. Although the kitchen was small we did make it happen easily enough. There does need to be more seating/dining options for the younger kiddos as the 4 seater high table with tan cushion chairs were manageable. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and would book it again in a heartbeat!!!

Sleeps 17 but that is extremely crowed. Table seats 4 and Bar seats 3. Living Room is small and seats 7-8. Only one area inside for gathering and since we had 3 days of heavy rain, it got a little crowded.

The check in process was easy and they even let us know early check in was available. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and the downstairs enclosed room for her too. Plenty of parking for our large group. The living room and connected eating area were great and the AC worked really well! Beds were comfortable and we loved how many there were. The only downside was there were only a few trash bags for the kitchen and no spices but we made it work. The upstairs deck on the second level gave you a great view of the beach. We would come back again for sure!

Amazing getaway super close to the beach. Beds are super comfy. Air conditioner works great! We will definitely be back!
