Staff - speechless. .... THE LOCATION IS ok, room IS CLEAN

I arrived at 1:15AM as I book the night before 11pm. I also left a message wen I booked that we will be arrive late b/w 1-2am. However, very disappoint that when I arrived with 3 kids, the front desk told us no booking. We spent about 15 min try to find our booking and still cant find them. AS I show everything from confirmation and etc, I even told them to hold the credit card on file and give us 2 rooms so if booking coming then everything is fine. They said no. so we almost wait for another half hour totally like 50 min to finally to get our rooms. It is in middle of night 2:15am. Then the type of the room double bed with the lake view room is more expensive then standard. when I went to our room , I just cant believe it was not the one we booked. No lake view at all. I just exhausted after all these and do not want to fight for this. .......................... very angry and disappoint.

The place is beautiful, really spectacular. And the food at the restaurant was amazing. The staff was great. I love the outdoor beauty, the reception (lobby) was super nice too.

The rooms were a big disappointment. The carpet wasn’t good, the room was clean which is good, but I was expecting the rooms to match the outdoor beauty. The building was ugly with no curb appeal and the dinning room needs a remodel.

Great location and facilities. Perfect for families.
