Staff were very pleasant and welcoming

Hosts Jessica and Sam were lovely - friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Nice relaxed atmosphere, we felt very comfortable right away. Unexpected touches of luxury, bath robe and slippers as well as the usual complimentary toiletries. The property is all on one level. This won’t matter to the young and fit, but for older guests with arthritic ankles (us), no stairs is a big bonus.

Owners were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel has recently been refurbished and feels very fresh. Location is very convenient for Banbury and the surrounding area, with easy parking and access to M40. Breakfast was made o order with fresh fruit and other good things, including real coffee, no machines! Room was very clean with large bathroom and comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities and even an ironing board built in. Generally the Evergreen is way better than any of the corporate hotels in the area and is roomier than a guest house whilst retaining the personal touch. Highly recommended!

Nothing really although the Council could perhaps resurface the access road and provide better signage.

The breakfast was great. The owners were super attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. Location was great for what we needed ie close to the motorway and easy to get back onto our journey.

First of all, in the middle of the night, we found that the hotel we booked could not be checked in, so we temporarily booked here. In the middle of the night, the two owners of the hotel answered the phone very enthusiastically and said they would wait until we checked in. The next day I found out that they were going to sleep an hour ago, but they also got up and prepared wine for us, and the red wine was also very delicious. And the attitude has always been very good, I highly recommend staying here. The second is that the environment is very good. They have two yards of their own, one grows a lot of vegetables and fruits for guests to experience, and the other yard has entertainment facilities for children. The next morning we chatted very happily, and prepared a very rich and delicious breakfast for us. Third, it's all about how seriously the owner takes the place. There are beautiful flowers everywhere, and the living room is very beautifully arranged, just like returning to my own home. They will tell us about interesting places and things in the neighborhood like family members.

I feel that the two hotel owners slept very late and got up early to prepare for our departure. Distressed that they have not had enough sleep time. And if business gets better, there may not be enough rooms.

The Hotel has a lovely big car park, the rooms are tastefully decorated, breakfast was lovely and the host go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, will be returning.

Been a regular customer whenever I came down to Banbury for weekly meetings. I did enjoy every night here, so peaceful and relaxing, feeling at home here. The staff were stunning and pleasant! Rooms were so new and beautiful. The breakfast was always a bonus. Five star ❤️

friendly owners is the only thing that i can say about this. they are trying but a lot to learn as they seem now to the business but on the evidence this will take some time.

worst breakfast i have had in any B&B / Hotel to may errors to list , no TV channels in the room only. Asked for a receipt for the stay and they could not provide one only a c/c/ receipt. poor knowledge of the local area.

The brightly coloured room was very well supplied and had everything you could need. Owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Close to motorway and easy to find.

There is a bit of motorway noise as it's so close. Our shower needed a bit of TLC - the spray didn't stay in the holder very well.

Perfect location , easy large free parking, very comfortable and very clean new rooms. The owners are so amazing and professional who can cater for our breakfast in the very early morning. Thank you !

Exceptional services and a very delightful stay here. Rooms are newly decorated with true aesthetics! Highly recommended to any business and group guests as the site is so large and convenient to access with lots of free parking spaces you can choose. Everything is superb!

My company booked for me and my colleagues; we enjoyed a peaceful stay here. Fantastic location; everything is so clean. Rooms are beautifully presented with very good quality lines, mattress and bedding. The family are so wonderful, and Breakfast was very lovely too!
