Super mooie hotel ,en een geweldige ontbijt.
Locatie was ook mooi.
We zijn hier voor de 2de keer.
Voor iedereen is het anders ,maar voor mij was het bed iets te hard,maar dat is wat je gewent bent.
Deze keer hadden we naast ons een kind die heel de nacht echt hard schreeuwde,niet huilen maar schreewen,geen nachtrust voor ons.
Volgende dag nieuwe buren gekregen ,helaas hadden ze een feest waardoor ze dronken waren en alles bij elkaar schreeuwden.
Ook geen nachrust voor ons helaas.
Wat hier nu mist is respect voor andere hotel gasten die na 22.00 uur rust willen.
We hadden liever gezien dat er toezicht op naleving van stilte na 22.00 uur is.

Csendes családi hotel csodálatos belső játszótérrel. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet állt a rendelkezésünkre reggel 8 és este 8 óra között, minden kérdésünkre azonnal reagáltak. A reggeli egyszerűen fejedelmi volt több, mint 8 féle meleg étellel. Nagyon kényelmes ágyak, elsőosztályú ágyneművel, dupla párnával személyenként.
A deluxe szobában hidromasszázs kád nem az el vártnak megfelelően működött, kevés és túl vékony volt a toalett papír, de kérdésünkre mindig feltöltötték. A sötétítő függöny számunkra nem volt elég sötét, kevés volt a szobákban a szemetes, az ülőhelyek és a dugaljak száma.

Breakfast was good, rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is located 17 minutes walking distance from ski resort and 15 minutes walking distance to Krupowka street in Zakopane. Very friendly staff.
Could hear people speaking on hallway from our bedroom.

If you like it warm you'll love this Hotel. I don't know what it's insulated with but it's incredible. I turned the radiators off for the duration of the stay and it was still plenty warm enough for us. Room was comfortable with good storage for skis etc.
Staff super friendly and helpful.
Funniest thing I've seen in a long time was the look on the face of a lady at breakfast after she put an orange in a juicer, 'juiced' it, opened the lid and there was no rind left to remove - she'd macerated the lot! It was a look of surprise followed by embarrassment. So tip, go easy on the juicer!
Coffee at breakfast was poor and food not fantastic but then Polish food is never great (or at least not to my taste) anyway.
Kettle but no tea or coffee in room.
Shower/tub could have been a little cleaner.

it feels like you are in Western Europe. proper room with nice mountain decor and simple and functional room facilities. good parking.
