It was modern, very comfortable, great location and quiet.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice. We had two rooms and all was fantastic.

Excellent food and room, but the true value enhancer was the front desk staff. Caring and ultra competent.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful, to a point. One agent allowed me access to coffee in the main floor coffee room during off-hours.

There were no amenities in the room other than a bar sized fridge. The "Eatery" on the main floor offered nothing but coffee and tea and was only open during a short time frame. There were no utensils or napkins and I had to use facial tissues to heat breakfast biscuits because there was no microwave in our room. In addition, having nothing to carry multiple cups of coffee back to the room was difficult, given that the key card had to be used to unlock the elevator. I booked the room as part of a travel package through an online provider. The room was booked at a fixed price in US dollars. However, the price in CDN dollars increased from $113.98 plus tax on the first night (Thursday) to $144.59 plus tax on our third night (Saturday). The staff explained this was due to higher rates for casino guests on the weekend.

It was clean.

The temperature of the heater was quite hot to us and there were no extra cups in the room.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Check in was easy.

Next time I would book an accessible room as the depth of the tub was a bit challenging for someone with knee and hip problems
