As soon as we pulled up we were happy with the easy check in (contactless) and location, but that is where it ended for our stay. We noticed some drawers in the bathroom had hair and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We couldn’t get two of the doors to even lock. Some of the towels and bedding were dirty but there wasn’t enough laundry soap for me to run it through the wash. Immediately that same evening, shortly after check in we discovered the house was infested with mice. We immediately reached out to the property manager and they told us they would ‘reach out to the local team’. Well, I’m not sure a local team exists as I had to continue to reach out and kept getting the same generic response. We honestly would have left had I known they would do nothing. I documented the feces throughout the home, and let them know it kept the kids up at night, mice are nocturnal. They didn’t care. This is a trip we had so looked forward to and it really made the experience not great. I waited a while to review in hopes they would make things right, but they didn’t.

We did this home for a family vacation spot and loved the home. The living area was great with a wonderful TV to watch as a family. House was clean and we loved the home.

The house has a great layout and space for our family of five. The construction of it is not the best, two of the bathroom doors don’t shut all the way and you could tell they took shortcuts other places. Overall it was nice but needs some work and was not cleaned very well before we checked in.

We loved that we were mins away from the town of Stowe. Very spacious had a great time would stay at this place again!

Nice place to stay. Close to all we wanted to see in the area.

Pictures are accurate and the house was comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back to this location.
