The apartment was very clean and Larry was a great host.

It was close to dowtown and was very quiet!

The apartment is located in a quiet, convenient place. The private parking in front ot the unit felt very secure. The apartment is well furnished for comfort. We especially appreciated the kitchen for preparing our meals.

Lovely VRBO that's perfect for two people. Location is close to Arcata square and shops. The home has everything you need for your stay. The bed is comfortable and bathroom has hot water and nice big fluffy towels. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is exactly what I needed. Location is perfection. Close to grocery store, Plaza, restaurants and highways.

We were there for my daughter's graduation from Humboldt. Our stay was perfect! Just 2 blocks from downtown shopping and dining. Well equipped. My only complaint was it was so comfortable I found it hard to pull myself out of bed in the morning to start my day! Thank you so much to our fabulous host!

Landlord keeps the place clean and everything works. Only two blocks to Arcata square. Good location.

Nice inside space and furnishings. Amazing comfortable bed. I didn’t want to get out of it. Nice stocked kitchen. Good coffee. Plush bath towels. Nice living room with a big tv and Bose soundbar. Location is good being two blocks to the town center with nice restaurants and shops. Lots of early morning 6 am, road noise . Need to be careful walking at night regarding the homeless people! Can’t beat the price compared to a hotel!!

Very clean stay! Cleanliness is most important to me when looking at stays. Apartment is in excellent location within 2-5 min walking distance of downtown Arcata. Shops, restaurants, plaza, banks. Highly recommend the Saturday morning farmers market as it’s the best! Host is very communicative and made everything really easy. Highly recommend this stay!

We loved our stay. Everything about our experience was easy and enjoyable. Very roomy for a 1-bedroom apartment. Very clean, stylish, and well kept. The owners obviously have a lot of pride in their property. We'll be back!

I enjoyed myself thoroughly. The home was cozy and comfortable, in a part of town I quite like. I do not believe the listing notes a coin-operated washer/dryer, but that was only a slight inconvenience. I would happily stay again.

House/Room/Board was in good condition and clean, nice amenities. Location left a little to be desired, mainly due to Arcata having a noticeable homeless population - of which several would wander the street out front of the property

We stayed at Larry's place while in Arcata. It is very affordable, and we had a great night sleep. The bed was very soft and comfortable. We were able to make dinner in the kitchen and it was great to have all of the amenities supplied. We logged into our person streaming account on the TV and were able to relax and watch TV after putting the baby to sleep. The next morning we walked to the plaza to have breakfast and coffee. All was perfect.

Larry was a great host with clear and helpful communication prior to my arrival. I let him know that I was getting into town late and made sure to keep the porch light on so the unit was easy to find. It is centrally located to most things in Arcata and Humboldt County in general. The stay itself was very clean, quiet, well decorated, and I felt very at home. The location is safe with plenty of things to do within a 10 minute walk and is an extremely convenient stay. I had such an amazing time visiting Arcata again and will definitely be back in the future, hopefully this location will be available again. Fantastic stay and would absolutely do again. We had such a great stay. The apartment was perfect. Comfortable, super clean and had all the little touches to make it feel homey. The towels were soft and fluffy and the bed was like a cloud. Super quiet and convenient to everything. We enjoyed the outside firepit and ease of check in, parking etc. Hosts know how to do it right. Highly recommend

Enjoyed the hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. It was a good amount of space for me and mom and they had everything we needed.
