Could not be happier with this property. Had everything we needed and where looking for in a rental property. Pool, dock, location, view, and plenty of room. Highly recommended and look to book again next trip to the Keys!!!

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property because of a family emergency. Trip insurance was clutch and they followed up quickly with our claim. The property owners were very helpful and understanding. I gave them 5 stars all around, but never got to see the property. We hope to book with them next summer!

Property was very comfortable and clean for our family of 8. Everything was as mentioned on VRBO site. Outside porch was great overlooking the pool and water. If we decide to return to The Keys, we would love to return to this property.

This house and location were absolutely perfect. The pictures were completely accurate and the house was clean and very tasteful. The location was great for exploring the mid, upper and lower keys. We can't say enough about this perfect spot other than that we can't wait to go back! Thanks for the management team for setting us up with the extra amenities. The bike were fun! Oh, and the Cabana Beach Club!! Wow! this neighborhood really is a Gem!

Our family of five greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful and close to everything. It was clean and nicely decorated and also well stocked. The outdoor area with a great view and private pool were very enjoyable. Being able to enjoy the club pool and private beach was an added bonus. We would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time, few hiccups that were rectified quickly. Would highly recommend.

This place is in a great location. Close to several good places to eat all within walking or biking distance. Very clean and plenty of room. Nice patio area and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is not a duplex like most others in this area. Enough privacy but close to the beach, restaurants, and sites. The biking in the neighborhood is great and with 3 restaurants in the area that you can bike to it makes for good exercise and then a nice stop. The house is updated and clean. We will be back.

The property is a perfect location to explore Marathon Key by land and water. With the location set in the fun Key Colony community, you are just steps away from a private beach club and water access. Not to mention the boat slit that can accommodate your fishing vessel. The screened in porch and pool area were perfect for the kids to hang out all day. Rooms were spacious and the rest of the house accommodated all our needs. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property for your next stay!

Great time, beautiful place, well maintained and managed! Enjoyed fishing off the dock (left some poles for future guests)! Get a chum bag and use it … fishing was cool! Recommend this place for anyone!! Peaceful and relaxing … pool was great!

Loved the interior and set up of the house...downfall was the refridgerator did not work and the back up was on the lanai, parking was an issue for us too since we have larger vehicles.

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The place has a fun, tasteful atmosphere and is clean and well maintained. All beds are very comfortable as well as the furniture (fabulous recliners in the living room.) The spacious kitchen has everything you need with quality cookware. There were even bonus items such as an extra ice maker which was much appreciated since we stayed in June. The screened porch provides an extra living area to relax or eat, and we enjoyed having the private pool to kick back in after the days adventure. My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the dock. One fish caught my husband off guard and took off with his fishing pole that he had set down for a minute! Not to worry, my son caught the pole a few days later. My daughter and I enjoyed sitting at the end of the dock an hour before sunset and watching for wildlife. We spotted a variety of animals including manatees, dolphins, crabs, and tarpons. Finally, the location is convenient being located a short drive from stores, groceries, and activities. We would stay here again if we decide to go back to the Keys.

The house was in a great location. The outside pool area and the enclosed porch were as pictured and a great place to spend your time. Parking in the front of the house was a little tight.

The house was beautiful as depicted in the pictures. The sunroom and pool area work fantastic together for hanging out no matter the weather. The pool and hot tube were clean and everything worked as it should. No problems using the provided grill, fish cleaning table, dockside water and electric or any of the appliances inside. I expected the Causeway to be more of an annoyance than it was. The front of the house certainly wasn't the place to do anything but park a vehicle, but traffic was restrained to less than 30mph, pretty minimal and you could not hear the noise from inside or the backyard. The small harbor that the house is on is quiet with easy access to the Atlantic and a short distance to Vaca Cut which will put you back into the Gulf. We saw manatees swim up to the dock. This is also a good area for kayaking as we saw quite a few people paddling around. If bringing a boat, have a plan and know that the boat ramp that is conveniently located 3 doors down has not been open for several years. We learned this upon arrival and had to refigure our plan for putting our boat in the water. Communication with the property management company was good through text and email. Overall a great place and a great vacation. The reasonable price of this property made it that much better.

Beautiful home on the water! We so enjoyed our week here. The house was so clean, beautifully decorated. We felt so at home. Plus, the kitchen was so well stocked. Cooking was actually fun while looking out at the view. Can’t list all the wonderful items about this house in this short summary. We will definitely come back...thank you so much!!!

The best part of this property is the views, cannot beat waterfront. House was nicely decorated and included many useful amenities. Heated pool was nice for cooling off in. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Property lived up to expectations, was as it was described to be. We had a relaxing time and were also visited by some Manatees at the dock.

The property was clean and well-maintained. We loved the outdoor living space and spent many hours outdoors. Being in the channeled allowed for great kayaking experience especially when the ocean was rough. Bike and walking paths right by the house. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

This was perfect for our group of 4. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and great backyard. We didn't want to leave.

We spent a glorious week at this home in Key Colony. The property was better than advertised - - very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and high quality linens, excellent air conditioning, fantastic enclosed patio, a great dock for casting a line or docking your own boat. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful property. Clean. Plenty of room for the four of us. Boat slip accommodated the boat nicely. Enjoyed our stay, especially the pool!
