Everything was clean and comfortable, room was a good size, front desk people were friendly. We had an issue with the TV and someone was sent up and resolved the problem in a reasonable time frame. If you need a basic, budget hotel for a night, this would be a nice choice.

First time staying here. We were happy with our stay. It was very clean. We walked in & could smell the cleaner (not overwhelming but you could tell that they really cleaned the place) & room looked & smelled clean. The water was inconsistent with its hotness. My wife has mobility issues so after almost 4 hours in the car, she wanted a hot shower to help relax her muscles on Friday, our 1st day. The water was warm enough to be almost hot but not quite hot. It was a bit disappointing for her but better than some places we have stayed. Saturday morning, the water was barely over lukewarm unless coming out the spout for the tub & not the shower. It felt warmed that way. Sunday, it was back to the not quite hot but not bad temperature. So with that I would I wish the water was a little hotter. The bed was firm & again, my wife had a hard time cause it was too hard for her. Not anyone’s fault but by the time we checked out - she was hurting. If we go back, my wife said she knows to bring a pad to lay over the mattress to make it softer for her. The hotel was pretty quiet. We liked it.

The door did not close and secure on it’s own. There was mold in the shower.
The door not being able to secure was a major issue for me. After entering the room it was over an hour before I noticed. It’s not something you expect you should have to check.

Very surprised that there was no blow dryer in the room.

The room was clean and the residents were quiet. The air-conditioner made some knocking noises that were annoying. The beds were firm. The town around hotel area was not conjested and close to Dunkin and WaWa. Over all happy with choice. It looks like hotel was recently renivated including no carpets which is nice.

As long as you don’t smoke or vape this place is WAY above average for the price. They are hardcore about NO SMOKING. The check-in lady was tremendously nice. My room was small but very clean, as well as the hallways and grounds. The AC and the shower worked excellently. The king size bed was super comfortable. You won’t find a nicer “Motel” for the prices this place is charging. If you’re on the fence about booking here, have no fear, it is safe, clean, comfortable and very worth the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds were very nice and well kept, the room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Very nice stay and experience overall.

By far the best receptionist(s) that we have encountered on our recent raodtrip. They were very funny, polite and helpful.

The hotel charged my credit card before I arrived even though i did not pre-pay. Policy is to charge holds at check-in time no matter what. However, that policy is not stated anywhere. Room was very old. It smelled like sewage, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom was falling apart. The mini fridge is nice size but still had old food in it when we arrived. The entrance to the rooms has a key card lock with a warning not to prop the door open or be kicked out without refund. However, the door didn't latch tight. The beds were clearly old. They were uncomfortable and the springs were very loud when moving even a little. Our view was of the parking lot with a man sleeping all night in his car. Most employees were very nice.

Check in was ok, room had wooden floors, that was lovely, the next day i went to the office and met a VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING young lady there. I was wondering if i had done something wrong until my friend who also booked the hotel mentioned her rudeness.
I did love the quietness and cleaniless of the hotel but I'm not coming back and so is my friend. I had told my team about booking the hotel for October but no, we're not coming back.

Horrible customer service. We got offered an upgrade to a better room and we asked if we could have two bedrooms at 1 am when we arrived. 2 bedrooms were available but they refused and then were very quick to say no more upgrade. Literally would of left if it was not late. Stay in AC if possible

Literally had the upstairs toilet leaking into our shower. Towels were dirty and had holes in them. Thought we didn’t have hot water, however it turns out the shower handle was installed backwards. Door was cumbersome and loud. Requested a refund and early checkout after the 1st night on a cardboard mattress and banging AC unit; was denied.

The room was clean and newly renovated. If you are looking for no amenities just a clean place to sleep then this is the place for you. There is pizza place and a Dollar general across the street so you can get a snack over there and walk back.

The property was no thrills, but clean. My wife was disappointed that it didn't have a pool, but she doesn't go in our pool untill August so take it with a grain of salt.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The people that run the Inn are incredibly rude and have a very bad attitude. The way they treat guests in beyond words. They don't treat their employees much better. There never seems to be a manager on duty to speak to or bring up a complaint to. I would avoid this place at all cost. Spend the money to stay somewhere else. The state of the room was also appalling, as seen in pictures attached. A huge booger on the wall, the debris in the air conditioning unit; they denied a refund through my booking agency stating their rooms were clean, but it smelled of smoke. I'm glad I took photos. Please for your own good, avoid like the plague.
