So close to the beach!

Too close to the road and it’s very loud.

Close to family and the lake

The living room couch was uncomfortable as was the day bed

Location was good.

For the high price I paid the grill should have been full of gas. The toilet was to low and I thought I was right on the beach and not behind other buildings. I didn’t even have a sidewalk to the cottage.

Easy assess to the beach. Easy to communicate with the host if there was an issue.

Although the listing says certain amenities are included, the grill was not in usuable condition. It definitely needed to be replaced. All that was provided in the kitchen as far as eating utensils were 3 forks and a spoon. Plenty of knives though!No baking sheet or caserole dish, so the oven was pretty much useless unless you brought those items. One kitchen towel was provided and given the fact that there was no dishwasher, it would have been nice to have a few more towels to dry dishes with. Although everything seemed clean and sanitary, the rust on the front on the fridge, the clutter in the closet, the poor paint job and the broken trim around the doorway made it feel kind of shabby. Give the expensive price, I would not stay here again. This is unfortunate because sits on such a beautiful spot on the beach.
