When my wife tried to check in they didn't know she was coming. They did not have keys available nor what room she was in. It was a condo type set up and after extensive delays they eventually contacted the owner of the condo and keys were obtained. We had tried to confirm details MANY times previously both by email and direct phone cal from Australia. We could never receive a replay from this accommodation. We don't know who we were actually dealing with at the property... clerk...an agent....some random off the street??????

The property is easy to find and accessible with all that you might need. It is squeaky clean. The style is up to date and the basic things that you need are provided. The host welcomes you with a smile and positive approach. The securities are polite and helpful.

Nothing that we didn’t like. It’s just as I mention to Ms Jannin, if they can put a bidet :) and oh the bath towels can improve too!
