Vista la bella, mare turchese da ogni finestra di questo incantevole, cittadina serena. A piedi fuori dalla porta alla splendida spiaggia, con sabbia quasi bianca e soffice come la farina. Godetevi l''alba' o piscine "sunset", entrambe con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Addormentarsi al suono del mare. Benvenuti a Serenity Nassau!
Il piacere si estende al chiuso. La casa è leggero e luminoso con piastrelle bianche e pavimenti in legno in tutto. Da ogni camera, salvo i bagni, si possono ammirare le mutevoli colori turchesi dei Caraibi. L'unità è dotata di aria condizionata, ma si può scegliere di aprire le finestre, accendere i ventilatori a soffitto, e lasciare che la brezza e l'oceano suoni che lenire.
Se si decide di avventurarsi al di là delle piscine e la spiaggia, di muoversi con facilità. C'è un ristorante appena fuori dal cancello di sicurezza e ci sono molti altri a 5 minuti a piedi nel quartiere dall'altra parte della strada. Il negozio di alimentari si trova a 10 minuti a piedi. We stayed for a week this March - my husband, myself and 2 sons ages 21 and 18! We had a great time and the condo worked out perfect! We loved the spot and were so happy with our decision to stay away from the downtown area (which was very busy). We loved drinking our coffee on the patio looking over the beautiful waters of the Bahamas! We have rented a few condos through VRBO and William was the best owner we have dealt with, he was so helpful and communicated with us many times! We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking to enjoy the beautiful Bahamas!

We stayed for the last week of February, 2014, with two adults and our 15 Y.O. twins. Although you do not need a car, we rented one for the week so we could grocery shop and travel around the island. All things considered, this is the best location on the island. There is a decent restaurant just outside the gate and three good ones in walking distance east over the bridge then right, past the shops to the canal. Two grocery stores are located a few miles to the east. The town house is nicely equipped and has great access to the pool, sundeck and cove. Snorkeling was good as the bay is calm and not so deep you that you can't dive to the bottom to check something out. The owners gave us more good information prior to arrival than any other VRBO place we have stayed. The ground staff are very nice as most are in the Bahamas. We would recommend this Town House to any small family 5 or less or two couples with possibly two small children (two that wouldn't mind sharing a room with two twin beads).

A third time we've used VRBO to find a vacation stay. The place was exactly as depicted. A very comfortable home and the owner was so easy to interact with. We liked the location -- convenient to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. The whole complex was terrific and any questions we had about the area were quickly answered. I would recommend this place to families looking for a warm get-a-way.

This was our first trip to Nassau and our second time booking through VRBO. William was a very attentive owner and made the rental process smooth as could be. Everything worked according to plan. We found the condo to be exactly as stated in the listing. The dock appeared to have recently been rebuilt. The entire property was very well maintained and clean. The access to local market and dinning was convenient. I would highly recommend this to my friends and co-workers. A great place to relax and chill out.

My family and I had never been to Nassau before and we had a great time at your home. we appreciate your attention while communicating with us during the rental process. We took my two teenage kids and one of their friends to enjoy some time away from snow and cold. We couldn't have asked for a better week. The property has a great location right on a calm cove which was shallow, safe and not crowded. We enjoyed snorkeling in the cove, but saw limited fish. The patio and pool areas were also not crowded at all and great for sunning, reading and enjoying the view. The townhouse and the townhouse community was very clean and the owner, William, responded to questions promptly and was very helpful. Internet access worked great. The property is in a gated community which felt very safe. It was also a very short walk to the #10 bus stop which provided cheap transport to the Fish Fry, downtown straw market, or grocery shopping. The one item we noticed which was outside of the very clean community and out of the control of the owner is on occasion there would be some trash on the beach or around the cove. New Providence would be well served to hire locals to ensure all beaches are litter free. Overall, great townhouse, great location, great owner, great experience.

What a perfect place for a family vacation! We found the property just as pictured and described. It was so easy and economical to get around on the bus, and the locals were so friendly! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food at the Twisted Lime, located across the road in the Sandy Port Mall. The beach was just perfect, and very private. The ocean was warm, great for swimming. Groceries were expensive but worth enjoying a lovely breakfast out on the patio with the view of the ocean, and a barbecue supper watching the sun set. As I sit here, one day after our return home I miss the sound of the ocean, and the view of the turquoise blue water. Serenity it was! Thank you, William.

My friends and I just spent 5 days at Serenity Nassau and it was wonderful! William was so helpful and accommodating. The location is great! It is within walking or swimming distance to a nice beach yet away from the cruise ship crowds. There is a nice little dock/deck area with lounge chairs just beyond the private patio where you can swim in the shallow crystal clear water. The house is very comfortable with all of the amenities that you could need. We made full use of everything that it had to offer from the grill to the wi-fi. The sounds of the toilets flushing is a little frightening, but you get used to it. The sunset pool area offers a great location for picture and just relaxing as the waves crash in. I would definitely suggest Serenity Nassau to anyone looking for sun, sand, and relaxation!

The condo was exactly as advertised and very well equipped. The specific beach for the complex was awful and not cleaned the week we were there. We used a nearby beach. Information about the area that was provided was very good.

Our stay at Serenity Nassau was better than we could have imagined. Such a wonderful area of the island and you feel as though you have your own personal part of it. The constant, serene sounds of the ocean and the view of the sandy beach fill your senses. (No road or airplane noise). This property is very close to the ocean and yet it is protected from the stronger winds due to its sheltered position. The walk out on to the gardens and first pool make it ideal and yet the clever thing is that the bedrooms are upstairs and so the views are wonderful. The second pool is only about 35 steps away. Even in December the weather was fabulous and swimming in both pools and ocean (though cool) were possible.
Waking up to a walk along the ocean, which almost surrounds you, and often sharing the beach with the waves and your thoughts alone is priceless.
The small, friendly island buses stop right outside the secure, gated complex, making a car redundant. At just $1.25 a ride it is quite a saving. The supermarket is just a 3 minute ride away. Getting to downtown and the Paradise Island complex is a pleasant 15 minutes at the most. (The 'paradise' though, in my opinion is back at 'Serenity Nassau!'.)
Everything in the 'home from home' was ready and waiting. Such a joy to have space to spread out. Well-equiped kitchen.
This is the cleanest property I have had the pleasure to stay at. Plenty of towels for beach and bath. When, after a full day of sun, exploration and diving, we as a family wanted to enjoy the TV we gathered around the very large flat screen, seated on comfortable leather upholstered sofas, enjoying our Bahamian cocktails. (Note the TV has HDMI input – bring a cable).
We had no issues with the property and I feel that if we had there would have been no trouble getting them addressed because speaking on the phone with the owners and local property manager was always a pleasant experience. A local connection allowed a sense of security.
