Our son asked for help in moving off campus from SDSU. We piled the dog and ourselves in the car and came upon this property. Quiet little cottage house that fits the vibe of OB. 1.2 mile walk to the dog beach through neighborhoods. House has a relaxing porch and fenced in area to keep the dog happy. Would definitely return. Enjoyable stay.

So close to everything in OB and 10 minutes from sea world. Neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Beds and linens were super comfortable and the entire house is perfect for a get away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Super cute house, private & secluded. You’ll even have a designated parking space right in the gravel driveway. Will definitely book this one again.

Hi, we spent Easter weekend in OB at this cozy little home just blocks from the beach. The home was clean and stocked with any supplies we needed. It was very quiet and we felt very safe. The parking space was a plus although we did park on the street occasionally so it's not a necessity. The outdoor patio and yard space was such a nice addition, really tons of room to sit outside and enjoy the weather (although we had too much rain). But even the rain didn't stop us we were able to walk for anything we needed locally, food, supplies, coffee. Go to Val's stand a block away for affordable smoothies, the corner store had a deli in it for quick snacks and tacos near the beach at Mike's were our top spots! The best part....the OCEAN just two blocks away! Walk down any street to the cliffs for breathtaking views and sunsets. We didn't have "beach weather" so we did not actually get into the ocean or hang out at the beach but there is a lot of activity regardless going on. This was our first trip to San Diego and California ever and I did read some reviews that were kind of negative about the "pot smell, homeless and van people" but really I have to wonder if those reviews were written by people who've never visited a big city before. Because this was not a negative experience at all, we felt very safe and comfortable in Ocean Beach and I'm really glad we choose to stay local rather than in a hotel or in a ritzier area. OB's vibes were just right!

Wonderful location, private outdoor space, cleanliness, and parking. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. I have made many, many visits to San Diego over the past 20 years, and this is my favorite place to stay so far. I am so glad we found it.

Comfy and cozy!! Very well-appointed place: all the things we needed to make it feel like home. Spices, extra pillows, a colander, a kettle, super comfortable beds, blankets, dark shades, plenty of towels. They even have boogie boards! The manager was unbelievably responsive, sending door mats that same day when there were none (beach sand!). The clincher for us was the enclosed yard/driveway. It was oddly cozy to be able to pull the car onto the gravel and slide the gate shut. It made going to the car to get stuff easier. Also it was lovely to be able to leave the side door open so the dog could go lie in the yard. Five stars, will stay here again!
