We loved your house. It was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!!

This is one of the first VRBO homes that actually matched the photos and exceeded our expectations. Loved it! 4 houses from the brach/strand. You get a partial ocean view from the main deck and some windows. Walk to anything you could want: breakfast, coffee, surf board and. Ike rentals across the alley, small market about 3 blocks away. Mission bay a couple of blocks away. Host was always responsive to quick requests from me confirming which rental car would fit in the garage and allowing us to check in a bit early. 10/10

This home has not been well maintained. Upon first look, the home appears okay, however, the couches, throw pillows and actual bed pillows were filthy. So much so that I purchased couch covers, bath towels, and bed pillows. The bath towels have been washed so many times they are hard, I ordered new towels for our stay as well. The lighting in this house is horrible. Maybe intentionally, so you do not see the issues? The living room has a dining room light and 3 can light on the far side of the room, other than that you have one table lamp. The 2nd-floor patio is very narrow and although there is a table for 8, it is placed against the railing so you really only have a table for 5. The kitchen which is decent does not have 1 full set of dishes, the enamel on the dishes is so worn it looks gray from the fork-to-plate interaction. Wine glasses (there are 3) have been washed so many times they are cloudy. If you are traveling with small children, there is a plethora of children's plasticware. We were there for 12 days so I had the opportunity to wash sheets and pillowcases, which leads me to the pillows....replace them when there are bodily fluids on them, do not just cover up and hope no one notices. Not one toilet seat sits properly on the toilet, small adjustments can be made to correct it. There is mold in the showers. It should be noted that you share an alley with a restaurant/bar. This breads a big fly problem in the summer months. Trash is collected on Tuesdays for homes and Wednesdays for restaurants. The home has a hanging fly trap/strip inside that looks as if it has not been changed in months. It should also be noted that you share an entryway with the home next door and that there is no access to the lower patio without going through the master bedroom. The patio has a waist-high wall in the entryway that has 2 beach cruisers locked together. The bikes appear to be placed there as a deterrent so that it is difficult to access or use the patio unless you go through the master bedroom. The lower level patio has rattan outdoor furniture that is in desperate need of replacing you actually could injure yourself on it. The plastic rattan is battered in many areas and walking too close you will cut yourself. The outdoor cushions have so many bird droppings on them, that we covered them with beach towels. The water hose that is on the outside does not work. The hose was dry rotted and is not for use on the patio as it is part of the drip system that is apparently not working as the palm trees on the patio are overgrown and half dead. This makes me wonder when the last time the patio was thoroughly cleaned and hosed off. It was extremely warm a few days that we were in San Diego, we did use the a/c however the a/c does not reach the 3rd level of the home. There are no a/c vents on the 3rd level so you will have to leave doors/windows open while the a/c is on. Also, the 3rd-floor bunk room needs so much attention. It looks as if the paint has not been updated ever and the mattresses are badly soiled. Lastly, be aware that someone from Vacasa will come by on Wednesday and put the empty trash cans inside the garage. There is no mention that cans need to be inside the garage and no other house has this done, but for some reason this occurred twice while we were there. Although Vacasa was quick to respond to issues and concerns, they are limited in what they are able to resolve as this is the homeowner that would make these decisions, and since we were committed, there was no consideration other than replacing the throw pillows.

The location is between the bay and the ocean.

Very nice place and great location. Close to shops, restaurants and stores. Stocked with what we needed. Garage really fits only one car.

This property was perfect for an adult getaway. Great location, all the amenities you could possibly need, and spacious for a group of 6. Also perfect for families with children as the bunk bed room had plenty of beds. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurant and, bars! The second floor has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Although we didn’t utilize the garage because we flew in, it was one of the largest garages I’ve seen in a beach vacation rental. It would fit our SUV perfectly. We would definitely come back to Seagirt.

We absolutely loved this rental home! 6 of us were more than comfortable, the house was super clean and the sheets and pillows were so nice! You can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony and it’s literally a 30 second walk to the water. We hope to get to stay here again!

Such a great week with our adult children and spouse. Great location. So fun.

The house was ok, although not as nice and new as it looks in the pictures. Our second car, which is a small car, didn’t fit in the left half of the garage. After driving around for an hour looking for overnight parking, we put it in the garage at The Catamaran Hotel for $50 a day. It was a source of stress our entire vacation. I didn’t love the area for our family. On a positive note, there were some nice restaurants within walking distance and of course the beach is right there. Belmont Park was fun, as well as Coronado Island and Downtown San Diego. Unfortunately, the property management company was terrible at messaging me back. I’ve never had that issue before when using Vrbo.

This property was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be beat. Quick walk to the beach (under a minute) in a beautiful area. Home had all amenities needed-we spent all of our time on the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved the location, the overall space and the amenities available. Our kids enjoyed the stay and being able to access the beach and the beach toys available. The views from the balcony were decent and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home in a great location close to the beach and the bay! Very Clean. Stayed with another family. Four adults and 5 children and there was lots of space.

Loved the convenience of this comfy beach house perfectly located along Mission Beach. Everything is within walking distance and the beach is a just a few houses away. The house is nicely decorated and well stocked. We loved the separation of master and guest bedrooms - it was a perfect layout for our extended family. Plus, everything we could need was already there: water toys, plenty of paper products, laundry detergent, storage containers for leftovers...all of the extras you end up having to buy or rent. We also loved the electric scooter rentals, and the restaurants near the house were all fantastic. We had a relaxing, easy vacation thanks to this home rental and the thoughtful management extras.

We vacationed at 724 Seagirt over spring break, staying at the house for a week at the end of March. I highly recommend this property. It is beautifully appointed and has a lot of excellent features, in addition to being well situated. My parents rented another beach house a few blocks away and everyone was struck by how much nicer the furniture and style was in our house. The kitchen area and main living space (on the second floor) is just really beautifully done. The deck on that floor has a view of the ocean and is an awesome place to hang out away from the wind and boardwalk noise. The house's location is really perfect, very near a number of great places to eat (as well as surf shops, a yoga studio, bike rentals, and liquor stores/mini-markets). It felt about halfway between the hubbub of downtown Pacific Beach (easily walkable to the big grocery store) and the hubbub of the Belmont Park area -- easy to walk to each but a lovely oasis in between. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Everything was great!

Great home conveniently located in Mission Beach. My wife and I along with our 3 children (ages 18 months, 6 and 8 ) enjoyed staying on Seagirt. We walked to different coffee shops each morning for breakfast, rented bikes, played on the beach (house included buckets/shovels for digging and boogie boards for riding). The garage is tight, but if you only have one car it is no problem getting in and out. Home is very clean throughout, although the upstairs carpet could use cleaning/replacing. Overall, a great place to stay to explore San Diego.

Our family of six found this home perfect for our needs. We loved being four houses aways from the beach, but not on top of the boardwalk. The house was well furnished and had beach towels, toys, cooler, and beach chairs. We used the bike in the garage, plus rented bikes from the store on the corner. Everything was very convenient. The only request I would have is to clean the carpets on the upper level.

Beautiful home inside and out!! Couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. Clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for our family with two teenagers. Loved the decor and the closeness to everything. An early morning walk on the beach before we started our day, with local shops nearby for coffee or tea. Breakfast @ Swell Coffee Co. was simply amazing. Highly recommend this place to stay for your next vacation. The property managers were top notch and communication was awesome.

This is our new favorite place to stay! Everything was updated, comfy couches and beds, large kitchen and bedrooms made for a quiet nights sleep after spending days on the beach. Wonderful home!!
