L’arrivée dans le logement pas de chauffage Vraiment très froid Et cela me fait dire qu’un couple avec un enfant en bas âge cela n’aurait pas été possible très désagréable Très surpris Les toilettes pas de chauffage et vraiment impossible de chauffer Les couverts (couteaux avec manche rouge en très mauvais état Impossible de s’en servir ) Escalier dangereux pour accès à l’étage

The location is very good. It's a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and into town. The local area has plenty of shops and restaurants. The property is fairly comfortable to live in. We did have an issue with the property during our stay, however the management company and owner were very helpful and fast to respond to the issues at the property. We could not have asked more from the staff! The driveway has plenty of space for two cars.

The property sadly wasn't very clean in places. The baby equipment was very grubby such as the cot and high chair, which we had to clean. It needs a really good clean to remove dust, stains from furniture and the sinks in the kitchen. The staircase is very difficult to use, the property does have a bedroom on the ground floor. The bedding, towels, bathmats etc are all an extra charge instead of being included in the price. The ground floor shower which was very good, could easily flood. The WiFi wasn't working while we were staying, but I understand this to be a local issue and not an issue with the property.

We left after 20minutes. Upstairs smelt like fieces from a malfunctioning Macerator toilet, the beds were not clean, the garden had rubbish blown over it. The host would not answer the phone. We quickly had to find somewhere else to stay as we could not stay here. Really poor accommodation. They tried to say that the smell was fresh paint and not sewage…I am a qualified plumber in the Uk! They said the rubbish was due to not being bin collection day…the terms and conditions said we have to take rubbish to designated bins in the town ourselves! The dirty beds they said, we should put our own sheets on top! It was like nobody had checked over the place before our arrival. Stay away from this place, it was dirty and smelly.
