The location was - well balanced, if you both want to be near to the village and to the windsurfing center. It is slightly closer to the village, but the walk to the windsurfing spots, where also is a nicer part of the beach also takes no more than 5 minutes. The cleaning was done regularly by very kind ladies, sheets and towels were often changed, so no complaint on that part. The room itself is ok, fairly large, however equipped in a pretty spartan style - not a place where you would like to spend your free time for any other reason, than to sleep over. They had a conveniently close parking lot, which does help if you come by car. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall, the location, the cleanliness, the size of the rooms, the parking lot and the strongpoints of Akroyiali.

The resort has a nice green lawn in front of it, but there was only a relatively small terrace at one end of it. I t would be nice if there would be something more there, a larger lounge bar with some comfy chairs to lay back and enjoy the drinks and the view of the see. I mean, anything of the extra services (poll maybe) would help get this place to a higher level of comfort. The beach right in front of the resort has well maintained sunbeds and all. However, this part of the beach is the one of the least attractive in whole Vassiliki bay beach, since the water bed is pretty muddy there with a port's rock wall right in front of it. The shower head was spraying water all over the bathroom, and there was no way they would go as far as to fix it - we got extra towels to collect the water from the bathroom floor.

First of all the location is great- right across the beach . It has its own beach , with chairs and umbrellas and drinks and food service on the beach. The hosts are great people , the boy who serves on the beach too . The room was very clean, sheets changed almost every day. A big plus the private parking . Breakfast was fresh but same every day. Great value the money - you stay in the heart on Vasiliki but far from noise and crowds . Perfect for families with children .

The furniture is a little bit outdated and suffered from humidity.

Room was clean,modern,welcoming and had seaview;the food was fresh; the hotel had it's own beach and sunbeds for free just in front of the hotel; the hosts were very friendly and helpful

The owners and staff are very helpful and polite. Cleanliness was ok.

The room was too small for 3, - we had a double room barely fitting a 3rd bed. The balcony is super-unprivate, boxes in a row and another row across, too close and overlooking each other . The hotel was almost empty so luckily this was not a problem this time.The hotel was very quiet due to the special summer, but orinarily we would not choose to stay like this. The price was too high for the quality of the room (and we stayed in the area a total of 5 days at other hotels).
