- Booking last minute was easy - Price for March period (off-season) was convenient - Friendly and helpful staff - Breakfast was ok

- Toilet bowl right in the shower, very peculiar design choice which does not look so practical or hygienic - The bathroom could benefit from a renovation - The double room is extremely narrow, mostly occupied by the bed, with no real space to fit your stuff

Nicely equipped rooms, english speaking staff, always helpful. Hotel which is worth it's money.

Basically nothing. Be aware of plenty of mosquitos not sure which season time they are the most annoying but we were staying in october and they were really cruel.

Very comfortable bed and the location is just across the street from the beach. Bathroom was clean but no taileteries at all. I don’t expect to go on holiday and start buying shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste etc

The staff is not very cheerful or happy. They looked grumpy all the time and we’re rolling their eyes when we were asking for hot water from the bar for the baby as the rooms are below basic and does not have a kettle in the room. the rooms are box rooms - no space at all. if you upgrade to superiod double room thinking you’ll have more space you get a room with the sink in the actual room, not in the bathroom. the You can hear the people from the room above you walking and the people from the room next to tou talking. in the morning you hear all the noise from the streat so don’t expect a soundproof room

Cleanliness, rooms and bathrooms were clean and bed very comfy.

A small inconvenience of not having kettle in the room. Being with a 6 months old baby, it would've been helpful to have a kettle in the room for having hot water for baby bottles.

We payed little money for three nights at Hotel Grazia and thus didn't expect much, but were positively surprised! The staff were very welcoming and kind and we got a lovely room on the fifth floor, which had everything we needed. Also, a wide variety of food was offered, which we really appreciated! The location is another plus: The beach is close by Hotel Grazia and numerous restaurants, shops and parking spots can be reached within minutes.

good price, air conditioning, nice light switches, good bathroom, fast elevator, strong beer for good price.

On the pictures, there is refrigerator in the room, but it's available for additional 15 Euro. finally they put our stuff into the kitchen's fridge for free, but some argument was necessary before.

The hotel is very close to the beach, the price is low and the staff is cheerful and helpful.

One member of the staff doesnt speak english at all. It was problematic because he was the only one present during the night shift. It was a surprise because all the other employees were speaking many languages and were very helpful.

This hotel is perfect in my opinion. We stayed here for the MotoGP race and the staff was super helpful, they even changed the breakfast time to an hour earlier so we could eat before leaving in the morning. Same happened on the day of departure, we had to leave early and they again let us have breakfast earlier. The beds are also extremely comfortable, you have everything you need here. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone going to Riccione. :)
