Es ist ziemlich hellhörig!

The interior of the property was beautiful and well equipped. We didn’t sleep well because the bed in the main bedroom was way too hard. The only t.v. was through streaming on tubi or if you had an account with one of the other companies, no news or local programming.

The listing and photos of this property were very misleading. It was listed as a cottage and the photos showed lots of water and water activities but there was no water in sight and being a very hot weekend it would have been nice to go swimming. In reality it is a 3 bedroom house on the side of a very busy and noisy highway, which also interrupted our sleep. The photos showed nice gardens and well maintained grounds, even in the dog park. In reality the yard and dog park were unusable because the grass and weeds were as tall as our poor little dog making it difficult for him to go to the bathroom and we were worried about fleas and ticks in the long grass. Being on a busy highway there wasn’t even anywhere to walk our dog. The photos showed a bbq on the porch so we spent a lot of money at the butcher on nice steaks and ribs to cook on the bbq, we cook all our meat on the bbq at home year round. When we arrived there was no bbq, messaged the host and she said that someone had brought it with them. We messaged her early afternoon on Saturday and she said they could bring us one between 4/5pm, they didn’t show up until 7pm. We get up at 4am, hadn’t eaten all day so by 7pm we were very hungry and ready for bed. There were also no chairs or tables outside, we are up very early and enjoy having our morning coffee outside to watch the sun rise or at night to watch it set. We didn’t drive 2.5 hours to sit inside watching t.v. , we could have done that at home. Also no fire pit as one would expect at a “cottage”to enjoy roasting marshmallows or s’mores.
