Just not the value laundry rooms used to be. Dirty cutlery, stains on the sofa, broken coffee table, staff not helpful, checkin is online and very awkward, app key system stopped working. And with an outrageous surcharge of $80 for 2 nights that is buried in the website you're better off staying in a hotel. Too bad.

We had a 2 bedroom, bathroom apartment. It was very nice. It had all the comforts of home. The only thing is we had to pay for parking but we had a wonderful time!

Well done planning and conservation of historical building.
"Deep" cleaning of pet friendly units could be better for those with severe allergies to pets. A friend that visited was very allergic to pets, and could not stop sneezing and was very congested while in the unit.
Perhaps steam cleaning of furniture could assist to kill dander allergens.
Overall an amazing place! Staff was tremendously accommodating, and the building was in impeccible condition!

This is a beautiful , new condo-style accommodation, with a Queen room and a 2-singles room, 2 baths, huge kitchen/living, nice bathroom products, plus full laundry machines.
The only part I didn’t enjoy was the remote check in- a LOT of texts and emails, plus downloading an app; staff were very responsive, which makes me wonder why not just have regular check-in and keys. I think this is available but it seemed to not be preferred.

Clean space, very minimalist if that’s your thing (which I loved). Area was airy and clean.
Parking was easy to find, and using the key to access the building was a walk in the park.

10/10! Probably the best place I’ve ever been to! My only issue was there wasn’t a bath mat in the bathtub. It was so slippery taking showers! Other than that, beautiful place.

Lovely property! Gorgeous view, peaceful and quiet! The place had everything we needed! So close to many amazing restaurants. Wish the balcony had furniture on it so we could enjoy it!
Cons:
Confusing check-in, bedding had a blood stay and sheets looked liked someone had slept in them the night before. The room was dusty especially the baseboards.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view of the city. Nice walking paths and cute places to eat. Don’t miss Phidon pens a fabulous Pen and stationary shop that is a short walk away! Hoping to go back to this hotel soon!!! If you require a lot of attention from the front desk, this is not a place for you. It’s more of a private apartment that feels like Home🏡.

Great space and set up.
I wish there were more options like this available around Canada and the globe. A great alternative to other rentals where some feel youre in someones life and house which can be off putting sometimes.
The ease of getting into the building, cleanliness, facilities and rooms were a 10/10 for me. Easy communuication with management with prompt responses was a big help too. I was very impressed with the ability to use the gym along with the Level 6 amenities. Large dining rooms, bar areas, pool table, bbq & patio area made our family post wedding get together so much more fun and no need to all be crammed in a apartment.
If Im back in an area where The Laundry Rooms provide stays I wouldnt hesitate to re book with them.

Great place to stay and at a great price. Checkin and checkout was super easy, all done via text. Room key was electronic. Great size rooms, location, nice shared deck. Would have loved to stay longer.

The space was great, easy check in. Well lit and spacious underground parking, lifted truck fit perfect.
The beds were comfy, the kitchen was amazing and the balcony was incredibly large. Building was quiet and professional.
Walking distance to so many great amenities. We will be coming back for sure!
