Very friendly host

Overall a very nice apartment / house to stay in a quiet residential area of Paris vitry sur seine. Has all the facilities you would expect. The kitchen had all the utensils so we could make breakfast or heat some grocery food. Plus I enjoyed the balcony in one of the bedroom. That was a great idea. Also you are less than 10 mn from the amenities with shops, restaurants, cafes etc. So this was a bonus.

We had to mindful of the neighbour living below the apartment. Our first evening, the neighbour came to tell us that we needed to be quiet after 10pm. Which is understandable even though we did not make much noise but our daughter running around in the house must have alerted the man. Had an amicable chat with him and all OK after. So be sure to lower the noise after 9pm cause any loud partying would cause uproar in this quite neighbourhood.
