The house was ideal for a large group of friends to meet up and eat in and go on activities. We had a great weekend chatting, eating in, site-seeing and catching up. Rooms were very comfortable.

All we could think of that we felt cold be a little better was the need for a teapot (if there was one we didn't find out!) and it was a little tight on the table and benches for 10 adults to sit comfortably together.

There was plenty of room for all of us and the children liked the football table. The Nespresso machine was used each morning.

The vacuum cleaner bag was full when we arrived and there wasn't a replacement bag. We expected a few basic food items such as sugar, tea, cooking oil plus more dishwasher tablets. It would have been helpful to have had the cot set up for our arrival.

A beautiful house - we were five adults and one three year old - plenty of room for all - beautiful decoration and an easy walk into Alnwick. Good communication with the owners . Local shops at the end of the street- good recommendations in the information which was left for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped and within walking distance of the town which allowed us a few days without the car.

Beautifully appointed. Very stylish decor and furnishing. I particularly liked the spacious kitchen/diner. Location was ideal too, a short walk into Town.
