The heater always with weird sounds/ window wouldn’t close all the way so it was very cold/ bathroom had stains everywhere, no soap, a lot of noise always

Très bien situé proche de Manhattan, personnel très avenant qui répond à toutes nos demandes très rapidement et de façon courtoise, proche de toutes commodités, excellent pour visiter NYC à moindre coût

Stationnement limité, chambre petite mais parfaite juste pour y dormir!

My nearly 80 year old mom and I came to the city to see shows We are on a budget and choose this hotel for nearness to transportation and value The staff/owners and facilities far exceeded our expectation and we ended up extending our stay

The room, the smell, the front desk guy was so rude and also the owner (I think he was the owner) very expensive for a miserable hotel

Close to La Guardia airport. Bed very comfortable. TV ok.

Airplane noise. Asked for wake-up call. Glad I was already awake as call was late. Taxi was a relative who didn’t speak a lot of English. Did get me to airport ok.

This is a hotel in Flushing, Queens. My flight was cancelled after an hour on the runway, and 4 hours later, the airlines still had no hotel or bus for many of us stranded passengers at JFK, so I found the hotel on booking.com and was happy to have something in Queens (others had been bussed to Brooklyn hotels). The location was within a block of some of my favorite fast food places, including Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast, and other choices for lunch and dinner. There was a large supermarket about a block away. This hotel is much closer to LaGuardia Airport than to JFK but I took Uber from and to JFK, about 40 minutes away. I had the unusual luck of being there for their grand opening celebration the next morning with a lion dance (Chinese) and other celebrations. The neighborhood felt safe in the daytime. I was there for 2 nights before a flight to Ireland became available.

The room was small but the bathroom was fine and there was a place to hang clothes. When a baby cried in room across the hall I could hear it well, but that family checked out that morning and it was otherwise quiet. Everything was clean except for some toenail clippings stuck in the rug at edge of bed which I pointed out to a guy with a vacuum cleaner the next day. He seemed ready to clean them up. The Saturday night hotel fee was $200 which seemed high, but Sunday night was just $120, a good value for New York if a small room works for you.
