didn't eat out

the place was advertised as a house, it's not a house it's an apartment, there wheren2 handicap people in our group and I was a lot concerned for their safety, the advertisements should say apartment over a restaurant, not a house there is a world of difference in the two. also there where 20 steps to navigate for people with canes.... on the bright side the place was clean and comfortable easy access to the stores and shops and restaurants, and the water.

Spacious, very clean, well-equipped.

Poor customer service. No instructions on how to operate electronic lock system. No keys provided for physical lock. Locked ourselves out by accident, and Vacasa non-responsive. Waited 3 hours! Unless tenant in same building had been willing to risk his own safety to climb onto roof to let us in through the terrace, we would still be sitting outside in the parking lot! Also - lots of tea, but no coffee. Noisy location. Need to climb lots of stairs to access apartment.

Modern, clean for its age. Had comfortable furniture with newly furnished and the kitchen had everything. In the center of everything in Long Beach.

The place said it was good for ADA BUT had 16 steps up to the Apt through the man door in the Garage. Garbage can sets next to the door. The bdrms windows are along the main highway.

Location was close walk to downtown shopping and beach access.

This property was up some serious stairs and had no air conditioning. I had asked about fans or assistance with getting the windows open because the pulls to get them open were all stripped. The garbage can was overflowing when we got there and never got dumped! I really wish that this was put together better and cleaned. The couch was full of gunk between the cushions. I also think that there needs to be info given to pet owners about the lack of yard or pet potty area.

I liked the bed, the light blocking drapes, the couch, the spongy matt in the kitchen, and the quality pots, pans, and knives. The kitchen could use a stool so short people could reach things on top shelves, and the half bath needs a towel rack, towel, & garbage can. Not a good place for people who can't or have trouble climbing stairs. There is a restaurant downstairs, and if they ever have a fire that spreads to the home, just hope you're not in it. It was in the high 70s when I arrived, so I tried to open the windows, but failed to do so. If there is ever a fire, you could be trapped. Only way out is down the stairs. Living room needs couch tables so you have a place for a drink. Queen needs a second night stand, and the twin needs one, too. With no bedroom clocks, I had no place for my cell phone. Also, some people need a night stand for C-pap or oxygen units.
