We arrived on June 10 th anticipating a very nice stay with each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. We looked forward to time on the balcony looking out over the Gulf of Mexico! What we got starting that Wednesday was scaffolding and workers on the balcony!!! And oh a person entering our rented condo totally unannounced!!! Said he was there to wash the windows because the condo wasn’t rented!! Our check out was June 14th!!! Upon calling the office all we got was they would look into it and not to worry about our Security!!!If we knew there was scheduled maintenance to the balcony we would have not rented this location!!!! I feel there shouldn’t been some communication to us!!! It seems that the renter’s experience took a back seat to finance!!!

Clean and comfortable. Grounds are well kept. Great location to many fun family activities with the beach across the street. The building and balcony railings were being painted so we were unable to use the beautiful corner balcony. Management company were responsive. We checking in a night early and got a late check out, however it was pricey. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a great set up.

We were disappointed with the overall upkeep of the unit. Couches were very stained and just didn't look clean. The humidity was very high in the unit so much that when we would pull clothes from our closet they were damp and wet feeling. I was also surprised that only 1 bedroom had a TV. Everywhere we travel always has a TV in each bedroom. Our arrival packet was also not at the guard shack upon arrival making our arrival a little chaotic. We loved the view from the unit and enjoyed the morning sunrises.

Unit is fantastic. Very clean, updated, nice furniture, comfortable bedding, great layout. Corner unit with plenty of windows that let in natural light all day - beautiful and bright. Large balcony with nice views and a comfortable couch for afternoon naps. Legacy is in a great location, ample parking. Nice touches from the property managers with packaged soaps, shampoos, detergent, etc like at a nicer hotel. Property managers were very helpful and responsive to all questions. Unit needed coat hangers and the property managers dropped them off immediately. Would definitely stay in that unit again, at Legacy again, and other Biloxi Beach Resort Rental properties.
