This home is all about location. It is perfectly positioned half way between the track and town!

It was just perfect for our SS stay. Clean, light, beautiful and convenient location - we loved it, and would love to stay again. When we had a few questions, we had immediate, helpful and flexible responses. It gave us teh flexibility we needed and was so kind. Don't miss this gem!

The property was clean and well-stocked with the various things one might need at a home away from home. The desk in the living room is a great addition for those who need to get work done while on vacation. The furniture was comfortable, AC units easy to manage, and the instructions for check-in, internet access, etc. were all clearly posted before and during the stay. The location was really great, the main strip is just a 7-minute walk from the unit and its through a beautiful park. There is audible noise from the units above and next door, but nothing excessive or beyond the normal sounds of life. There are packs of earplugs in both bedrooms to help mitigate any noise you might here, but I never needed them. 100% would stay there again!

My husband and I were in need of a place to stay in Saratoga for a few days on short notice. Kristin was very helpful in finding us this spot. The location is close to town, an easy walk and pretty much across the street from the track. It is also only a block from a very pleasant and good restaurant. The property had just been renovated so a couple of things needed attention from maintenance, but Kristin was easy to reach and the issues were quickly taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
