Dark, not enough light in the room. Room looks very old and ugly, Smell bad. Checkin and out is slow and annoying.

The only thing that I liked was that it was five minutes away from the event I was attending.

Our TV in the room was broken. When I realized it, I called to let the front desk know. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Then they said they would send maintenance up. When maintenance came up, he said he couldn't fix it, nor could he get us another one because the hotel was sold out. The next morning, I checked out 30 minutes late at 11:30a.m. The worker at the front desk threatened to charge me for late checkout. Then she demanded that I stand there until the room got inspected before I could leave. I asked her why that was necessary? She said that if there were any damages, she would have to charge me. I replied, "You have my card on file. Why do I need to stand here?" She responded, "Do you want your deposit back or not?" By the time this portion of the exchange was over, the worker that went to inspect the room called down to the front desk to inform them that the TV was broken, and they accused me of breaking it. I reminded them that I had called about it and tried to get a new TV, and no one was able to help me. I was clearly irritated, but I never got loud or aggressive, but I did make my grievances known. The worker at the front desk that I was having this exchange with threatened not to give me my deposit back several times and threatened to call the police on me several times. Which she ended up doing and then canceling the call. She only canceled the call because my guest took over the conversation at this point. We both told her you can not waste police resources because you don't like what an unsatisfied customer has to say about their experience. She also accused me of trying to get something for free because I was trying to leave before they inspected the room. I walked to the car and allowed the guest I was with to handle the situation from there. I have stayed in plenty of hotels from cheap to expensive, never have I been asked to stay until the room has been inspected.

Dated, smelly, given a room all the way in the back even though I asked to be closer to the front.

The motel was run down and dirty Gave us the first room to stay in and it was not clean sheets was messed up like someone slept in the bed The place was just trashy horrible

Facilities are tired... Front desk staff was friendly and helpful... They favorably resolved a problem with booking.com

Beds were actual doubles... not queen-size... I haven't actually seen a double bed in twenty years.
